The value of some of their products are amazing! A VPS with 1gb of ram is only $3/month, including a dedicated IP, amazing dashboard, and unbelievable support. It is so easy to upgrade your vps or get support.

Even if you're working fine on heroku or another free service, you don't realise how much you're missing out until you upgrade to a VPS.

This VPS host is great for the price. You get a dedicated IP, no matter your plan (I chose the $3 1GB one) and the service is brilliant. I have not experienced a second of downtime (I was fully expecting that it'd turn off every few days or something) and their support is incredible.

I've been using it for a month now, and upon getting to the second invoice, I had an issue preventing me from paying on due date. They *extended the deadline by three days*. They did not need to do this and I certainly wasn't entitled to it. They willingly missed out on getting their money on time to provide better service, and I'm stunned at what this (relatively small) business can do.

GalaxyGate has great and competitive pricing. VPS power is really great and they deliver with the clock speeds as advertised. But that isn't even the best part of the company. I had some issues with my server/billing and a support guy named Chase was extremely helpful and supportive in my queries. Fast response time and I never felt I was cheated.

From day one of using a GalaxyGate service (Namely their VPS'), have been great, fast response times both on the Discord server and on the Support Forum. The only issues I've had with them is when other companies change things on their end causing issues for GalaxyGate, but that is normally resolved in a few hours at most.

Whether it is for a Discord Bot, Game Server (Of which they have scripts you can use to set it up in one click) or even as a Web host, GalaxyGate can do it all, and what I think, is one of the best hosters out there.

I have hosted a couple of websites and bots on GalaxyGate services and I am happy to say the the experience has been amazing. If I ever had any questions, they would always reply to tickets within a couple of minutes, and there was zero downtime. When I first got this host I thought it would be too good to be true, but after I have used it for half a year, I have realised that this host is just amazing.

I usually get paranoid that reviews are fake, etc. due to proper spelling etc. on all of them. So I know how some of you feel when looking at review sites like this, but I can assure you I'm a real person with real experiences with this host. With that being said, I've hosted several Discord bots & websites on GalaxyGate over the past half a year or so & never had any issues. They have had occasional downtime (less than once a month) & every time they've notified us & been extremely transparent. For a starter host they are very reliable & they even have an active Discord server for support, not to mention very cheap prices.

First of all, the prices are amazing for the quality you receive. For the higher-end products, you can save as much as 50-80% off DigitalOcean's prices, but you still get basically the same speedbecause GG peers with so many companies and has its data centers in New York, plus extra features free (like weekly backups and unlimited bandwidth). In addition, when you join their Discord, you can get responses to inquiries within 5 minutes (at active times), and the customer support people talk freely, like they aren't on a script like virtually any other company. In addition, they actually *help* you. Most companies don't even bother trying to help, or they blame it on you, but GG actively works to fix it, and can acknowledge the rare flaws on their end.

servers are well-priced and perform decently for said price. customer support is simply unrivaled and staff have always been able to quickly and effectively solve any issues or questions you might have. outages can happen occasionally but they are few and far between, only last for a short time and are usually from no fault of GalaxyGate themselves. even if an outage is no fault of their own, GalaxyGate will still often credit accounts to apologise for downtime, regardless of the length they were down.

i genuinely cannot stress this enough, i have had nothing but positive experiences with GG and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for hosting projects of any kind.

GalaxyGate is the best VPS provider out there in my opinion. It's really simple, all you have to do is make an account, press Checkout (optional $5 a month DDOS protection) and you're done. You then get emailed your VPS username and password. One of my favourite things about GG is they have a Discord server so you can get almost instant support (specially dragon)

Performance is reliable, if not a bit underwhelming. In return, it's fairly thrifty with good but slightly unstable networking.
