Any decent casino site has software that stops u making mistakes such as betting to high or trying to withdraw before u have played thru. Not these criminals!! I had played thru my winnings didn't even use the bonus tried to withdraw as it was taking what I thought was to long I talked to one of there personal who assured me that nothing was wrong and that I would be getting my $6800 shortly only to receive a email the next day saying that my bet was to high and therefore we have made ur winnings vanish. I had no clue about a bet limit and I did not use there bonus anyway. I tried to appeal to ther sence of fairness which made them change tactics now they were emailing saying I tried to withdraw without playing threw now I had taken sreenshots before and after the withdrawal request LOL. 0 when I made the withdrawal and 4 days later it had somehow increased to almost $3000. This greenfeather outfit should not be able to operate and to be honest they are lucky I don't live in Malta.

I play often and i have noticed in detail the they lowered win amounts and dont get bonuses while playing. Example: when i play a game that i have played all the time solar wilds, when i get 3 same ones in a row the win used to be in the dollars amount. Now its only cents.

I Deposited 20 won right away without any bonus funds then did the wagering requirement without going over 4$ a bet and eventually won 8000.00 was waiting for my withdrawal then seen that they voided my winnings without any communication or notice and I tried to ask them why through email no response. I won genuinely with my deposit 14x times the bet. And they decided not to continue with my withdraw and voided all the winnings claimed something about a bonus that never was touched and I refused to it on my withdraw request. I repeat, I never touched that balance, all my winning were with my deposit and they still decided not to pay.

Started with a good couple of wins cracked $6500 and they pulled out terms and conditions and voided the whole balance there promotions seem great until you read terms and conditions and max cashout is only $500 or $100 they always pull out terms and conditions if you have a big win then you get sweet nothing.

My verification process took MONTHS, and included tons of emails (my replies were very quick, theirs took 4-8 days every time), an endless amount of documents sent (they always came up with new requests once I had fulfilled their previous ones), and even a mandatory VIDEO CHAT.

Also their "automatic" bonuses don't work, and when you contact the customer service about the issue (an inconvenience on its own!), they come up with an excuse and refuse to add the bonus manually. This time it was because the "bonus had expired", even though I made my deposit well within the time frame, contacted the customer support about the issue right away, and the bonus expired when I was waiting for their reply.

Customer service very frustrating, as they don't seem to speak good English, or for some other reason they keep saying the same irrelevant things over and over again, like they don't understand my messages or questions.

Will be closing down my account, and can't recommend this casino to anyone. Their sister casino is Boo, and it's the same crap in a different package.
