Do Not Buy From Galaxy Spas - It Is A Scam

I could cry with how badly we have been treated by Galaxy Spas Australia. Paid a $5,000 deposit and now we have been ghosted. They will not respond to emails and their phone goes to an automated assistant.

They log your phone number, so they know when existing customers call and don't put you through to an actual person.

We have lost our money, as there is no way to get our spa. They stopped responding to me when I asked for the location of the spa to tell the delivery drivers.

We are just so upset by this. Never thought that we would be taken in by a scammer.

The website looks legit and they will email and talk to you on the phone, but as soon as you pay any money they disappear.

We had to take out a loan to buy this spa and now we are left with nothing and still making repayments. I am ill and needed the spa for therapeutic reasons.

We are reporting Galaxy Spas everywhere we can and our bank are trying to help us.

We dealt with Warren Ashley, who actually appears to be Warren England, relative of Paul England from the business Spas Direct who went into liquidation in 2024. Paul's wife Kim Diane England is the person who registered the business name Galaxy Spas. Now that I've started investigating them it is all just so dodgy.

Buyer beware. We would hate for more people to go through what we have.
