Ridiculous experience. I did not do my research; overpriced junk. They are laughing at the stupid Americans paying them to get ripped off. It took 49 days to arrive. And the item (beanie slouch hat) was not as described- drab color, MUCH smaller sized for a child- you know it is cheaper to produce that way... And get this; a grossly putrid odor for $25!! I could have bought a better one and did, btw, on Amazon for half price and it was here in days. They do not have the same quality controls in China I know, but sending junk like this will not help your rep. But I am certain the company will post its own positive review to cancel mine out right away. Make the right decision and stay away from companies like this until they clean up their act. If the product was good I would overlook the wait, but sending too small and STINKING items will not work when its overpriced already. Sorry G TEEZZZZZZZZZ

I saw a lot of bad reviews so I was nervous about using this company. They were one of the only companies that had a size I was looking for for my son. I made a small order at first as a trial. Being happy with the product and service, I tried a large order. I was very satisfied with the second order as well. It took a while to receive, but we'll within the time frame I was given at order time. I will definitely use them again.

Ordered a product in July it is now Nov and still no item contacted the company many times I get the same canned email

I ordered a pair of red moccasin boots and received them in two weeks. They are gorgeous, well made and fit great! They are possibly the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I too am glad that I didn't read previous commenters reviews before purchasing or I would have missed out on these awesome boots! Highly recommend this company!

Avoid, they never delivered my first item, then said they'd ship a second; a month later they still hadn't shipped it; it's been three months and had to file a claim against them. Worst imaginable service

This has been one of the worst experiences of online shopping I have ever had. DO NOT BUY from Galaxy Teez. You may never get your product and they won't give you a refund until someone officially admits they have lost your package. It doesn't matter how long you have been waiting.

DO NOT order from this company, they are not trustworthy. Not only did my package not arrive, but the turn around time is 35 business days. I ordered the item on May 29th, still nothing. If I could give negative starts I would. Keep your money.

I ordered a bracelet in April have not seen anything of it. I am thoroughly disappointed. Finding out it comes from China (Covid Country) this is something I can do without!

One star is far too generous. As with many other reviews, this company fraudulently presents with an address in Utah, takes the money as soon as the order is placed, and then the games begin for whether or not an order will ship, arrive, or be what was ordered and not flawed. Avoid, avoid, avoid. The order I placed originates in China. I have placed a complaint with the FTC and submitted a charge dispute with my bank.

Ordered a hoodie for my daughters birthday in the beginning of March 2020 still have not yet received it. This company is a scam.

Please keep your money this site is a fraud. They have no way of contacting them about an order. They do not respond to emails.

Ordered a t shirt begining of Febuary and still have not got it. When contact they keep saying they are sending it but never do. Please do yourself a favour and do not order from them as they are good in taking money but not delivering the goods. They need to be put out of Business.

They lie website extremely deceitful, if they were giving away free stuff I would stay clear. Worst online retailer operating in the USA, they should have their ticket pulled and evicted from this country. And sent back to China where their "WAREHOUSE is located.

I ordered two hoodies, and a owl blanket from this company on October 5, 2019. When I placed the order the site had no expected delivery date. So I did not think anything of it, and told myself it will take a few days....boy was I wrong, I just received these two hoodies and not the blanket. I received the two hoodies, but one was not what I ordered
I contacted the site, and was told how sorry they were. They asked me to take a photo of the hoody that I did not order and send it to them. I did, and received an email back stating they would send me the hoody that I ordered. This was 2 days ago....still waiting to see if I get an email when or if it ships. Now keep in mine I have not heard a word about the other $51.66 item I ordered. Still waiting. I have requested a status update. I know the reason why it takes so long to get the items THEY ARE COMING FROM CHINA! But that's not something they tell you up front...
LOL.... When I asked about why CHINA you would not believe the crap I was told....LOL....Stay tuned for update....NO SURE HOW LONG THAT WILL BE!!!!LOL....Someone needs to STOP THIS

Total and complete fraud. Charged me $59.46 at the time I ordered a shirt on June 14th. Repeated DHL email shipping advices received and then revised indicating it was “MISSENT”. i assume it means it was never sent; I know I never received it. I’ve demanded a full refund. Vendor declined to issue refund claiming the shirt was custom made. I reminded him that after repeated delays, misinformation and outright lies, I don’t believe a word he says and demand a full and immediate refund, and added that his production issues are his problem, not mine.

Do not do business with these crooks. Incidentally, I found 5he shirt on Instagram. Obviously, they have no standards of performance with respect to the vendors and advertisers. DHL has also been a disappointment. They’ve been around along time, and should screen their customers to protect consumers.

I am still waiting for my order that I put in 3 1/2 weeks ago. From what I’m seeing I will never ever order from them again I just emailed them and ask them about my order. Over and out for now..to be continued.....

Absolute terrible company, nightmare order, took two god dam months to get my product. Piece of crap corrupt company. Do not do business with galaxy teez. Zero feedback, zero customer service. No response from emails. Screw this company. Stay far far away!!!!!!! What I paid for on their website was not even what I got in the mail. Disgraceful company.
