Ordered a pair of boots and paid for them 26 November They have never arrived have emailed the company several times with no response. Obviously scammers. You would think FB should vet these people before allowing them to place adverts??

Goods ordered on December 12 2023, the boots never arrived. Fired off a ton of emails, no reply. Website now gone. Just a massive scam. Luckily I didn’t spend much - but even so. These people deserve to be caught and punished. If I could issue no stars - I would.

Ordered boots in November. Got an order confirmation then it went quiet. No updates so I sent a message but didn’t get a reply. Now the email link is a dead and so is their shop link.
Disgusting scammers.

I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes before Christmas, I still have not received them and cannot contact them as the link on their email does not work.

not received links dead no reply. can only assume is a fraudulent company

Please don’t order. Purchased through Shop following a Facebook ad. Never delivered. Facebook and Shop should have nothing to do with them as it gives these scammers credibility.

They took almost £30 from me and never sent the goods and wouldn’t reply to any emails after to explain! I’m so annoyed as I ordered items as Xmas gifts and now can’t afford to buy replacements

I order two pairs of boots for Xmas for my elderly mother it’s been over 3 weeks so I’ve email the company 3 times and Humphrey dawn I heard nothing in a week I cannot track my order it’s frustrating so I rang my bank they are looking into it not happy this was an advert on Facebook the site looked genuine and I got a confirmation to said your order is being dealt with and a order number too
It said come back to this email for update but nothing at all .
Even sent me a google map of my address it’s being sent to my address they got my details and everything

Absolute scammers, took my money and have not delivered, I have emailed twice and contacted through their facebook page, no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is advertising clothing and shoes and it is a complete scam, I have not received my goods. And there are other people who claim the same. Do not order from them, they are a fake company.
