2 reviews in one. Firstly I have a Roubaix long sleeve jersey that is just short of a year old. The zip started snagging so returned it to Galibier, for repair,less than a week later I received a brand new one. That's great customer service. 2nd I order a Tempest Pro jacket first thing on yesterday and it arrived TODAY. That's unreal, I've checked the order date over and over just to make sure.
If you are in the market for good quality cycling kit at more than competitive prices and nearly always a pleasant little extra surprise in the package, then try Galibier.cc. Their range cannot match the big boys but they certainly look after this customer. Thank you Galibier CC.

Not a good experience. I ordered the arctic overshoe, measured etc to make sure everything was ok. My shoes are a standard size 37 and this complied with their small covering up to size 39.
When they arrived there was no way they would even closely fit onto my shoe. I ordered the next size up but also contacted the company to let them know. I asked if they would consider covering return postage as the item description was wrong. No answer atall. I wish now I had not ordered the larger size through them.

Best cycle gear I own at a great price and love it when you get freebies thrown in with your order. Mistral jacket, jerseys, bib shorts - all top notch!!

Don’t bother supporting this local company. Totally uncontactable re their faulty products until I leave a negative Google review, which they responded to instantly in an unprofessional manner. Purchase at your own risk but accept there is no after-sales with the product.

Great service through a postal strike, speedy answer to my queries and wow what an item - Izoard Gilet - beautifully packed and a perfect fit. Amazing quality against price point. Super impressed and now 1st call for any new cycling clothes....well done Galibier...

Order was picked & shipped quickly - even received a small upgrade on of my items. Products seem great quality, though I have yet to test them during ride. So far, I'll be more than happy to go back!

Recently I have placed a couple of orders from Galibier - some sunglasses, cap, undershirt. All items have fitted well and are of decent quality especially for the price of the products. Very pleased particually with the photochromic sunglasses which enable to me to go out in variable conditions without worrying about whether I have brought the right glasses.

I always believe in giving people a second chance, and after ordering more clothing from Galibier, my opinion has changed since my previous review. In particular, I have been very impressed with their Izoard and Izoard Pro gilets.
To summarise my overall impression:
Positives: Delivery is very quick, and free within the UK; quality of clothing is generally good; value is very good.
Negatives: As per my original review, there are customer service issues, which I can only attribute to them perhaps being very busy sending orders out; although some of the items I have ordered have been excellent, and their assembly and materials are high-quality, I haven't been very impressed with the fit of their shorts.

I am very disappointed in this company. I have tried contacting them three times, three different ways (direct email, message via their Web site, and Facebook Message). It's now about 2 weeks later and I've had no response.

Regarding their products, they say their clothing is all sized the same but that's clearly not true. I purchased a pair of Fire Feet socks that are described as fitting size 44, but they are enormous! Their other socks are sized differently.

I have bought the mistral pro cold weather jacket and a pair of peloton bib shorts, I usually buy Castelli but in my opinion Galibier’s products and better for roughly half the price. The service I have had has been fantastic, I wouldn’t listen to some of the other negative reviews, some people are just trouble

I have made an order on 6th December. Paid 11,69euro for international tracked shipping… the order was a Xmas gift…
The products have still not arrived. The company could only provide a track id that was last seen 8th December. I contacted them several times but -if hey answered at all- no acceptable answer about the location of my order.
It is 31st December almost 4 weeks later, the order is still cannot be located my money is still not refunded.
The customer service and the international delivery is not working at all at this company, they are very unprofessional.
The best you can do is avoiding them and choose a different professional firm.

Firstly, I have had nothing but good communication with Galibier customer service. I have just purchased their newly issued Mistral bib tights and find them excellent value for money. 190cm tall, 91cm inseam, currently 90kg and 117cm chest. Xxl with a standard leg length are a snug fit. They perform well in 4 C temperature - initially cool around the thigh tops but soon unnoticeable with a bit of effort.The pad was very comfortable for a 2 hour ride and I expect it would go a lot longer without discomfort.The weather protection, my main reason for purchasing them, seems as described on their website. Drizzle and cold went without problem. I reserve judgement for a downpour but assume they will live up to expectation.

Never been treated so badly and rudely. Bought a gilet which frayed after a few times of wearing. Wrote to them and asked them nicely if they could replace or refund it. Sent it back to them recorded delivery and heard nothing until the gilet was returned to me repaired (badly) and no offer to refund the postage. I wore it once and it started fraying again. When I contacted them again they said it was my fault the gilet had frayed because I had worn a rucksack - I had never worn a rucksack or anything on top of the gilet that could have caused the fraying. They also accused me of being rude ( I wasn't ) and that was the reason they were not prepared to replace or refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Top-class customer service, very helpful when I asked them for advice and quality products. I bought the Mistral 5 Foul weather jacket ( better than my Gabba) and the Roubaix vision 6 gloves, amazingly warm for gloves so thin. There will be many more Galibier purchases coming my way....

I have purchased a pair of deep winter gloves and Roubaix Vision 6 gloves from Galibier. The gloves are true to the guide size and i am happy with the fit, build quality looks good. The deep winter gloves feel warmer than my previous winter gloves and feel like they will perform better on cold morning commutes. The Roubaix gloves have a nice minimal fit for cooler but not cold mornings. Delivery was excellent. I would purchase again.

Very disappointed in customer service. Always liked galibier for there customer support however this has gone. Returned an item for exchange 5 days ago, heard nothing. I chased up as I was concerned it hadn’t arrived, emailed proof of postage, still nothing. I then have an email from Susanne, extremely unprofessional saying that they have been packing all day and if I’m not happy then good luck with another cycling brand!!! Still none the wiser with my exchange.

Ordered a Sentinel Foul Weather jersey on Friday afternoon; it was waiting for me when I got home from my spin on Saturday (actually ended up cycling past Galibier unit when I was out). I’m about 5'11" and 170lbs - ordered a large and it fits nicely - arms feel slightly loose, but that’s comparing to my aero/race cut Lycra.
Nice personalised message along with my order. Happy to support a local business and can’t wait to wear it.

Bought a pair of the ladies Breton shorts after only 4 cycles wearing them they split on the inner left seam .Really disappointed as they were a birthday present for wife
