Update – Grateful the Issue Was Resolved

I previously shared my concerns regarding my experience at the La Défense store. I am happy to update that the matter has now been resolved successfully, and I have received my bag.

I truly appreciate the effort of the team in addressing my complaint and ensuring a fair outcome. Thank you for listening and for working with me to make things right. thank you also for the gift.

This positive resolution has restored my confidence on the brand, and I’m grateful for the professionalism shown in the end.

Anti-fraud

I didn't make a purchase; however, they were super helpful with a fraud purchase made using my account and they were able to flag it right away and refunded me. This was a huge relief to receive such a fast response from their cybersecurity and customer team.
