Wrong item, however the went out their way.
Had issues with the original item ordered then challenges in email communications however when we got through on the phone they were very helpful. We explained the issue and as we were fairly local they jumped in the car with the correct bag and exchanged it. Really nice person who turned up. Mistakes happen but in the end very happy with the outcome.
