Placed an order and got the run around

Placed an order and got the run around. They would say items on backorder. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order they said they would forward the email to their warehouse...at this point I lost it what warehouse everything is on back order...long story short they took me for $400.00

Ordered a ceiling fan on 6/19/2024

Ordered a ceiling fan on 6/19/2024. They took the money out of my account right away. I have lots of reply emails to the original order requesting shipping date, other information regarding my order to no avail. Finally cancelled the order in 2/2025, they said they could Venmo me the money so I sent that information and I still have no ceiling fan and/or no refund as of 6/26/2025 after many emails and phone calls.

TOTAL SCAM!

The DOJ Already Has a Lawsuit per their website

I'll tell more here after a file my complaint with the government. These crooks have allegedly scammed over $4.5 million from folks and a suit is already in place per the justice.gov website. Hope they have fun spending eternity in HELL!

SCAM SCAM SCAM
Same story as everyone else! I ordered a Chandelier 3/11/24 - there was no indication it was on backorder. They charged me immediately, although I thought it was illegal to charge before item is shipped? I called 10 days later & was told it was on backorder with an ETA. I called 5 more times, each time with a new ETA promise. I finally cancelled the order 1/22/25. It is now a YEAR later, 3/5/25, and I have no chandelier or refund.

DO NOT ORDER from this company unless…

DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you want to never receive your product due to “back ordering” and then NEVER receive your refund once you cancel the order. We placed a order on
7-21-24. Every time we would call to check on the order we were always told it was on backorder. We canceled the order on 11-6-24. We never received a refund to our credit card as promised. Then we were told since it was past the 90 day period that they could not refund our credit card and would refund us via Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. It is almost February 2025 and we STILL have not received a substantial refund! The whole process has been very sketchy and I hope that nobody else has to go through this. Fortunately the order was placed through American Express so we will move forward through them and our in house attorney. Save yourself the trouble and order the same products on Amazon.

Literally EVERY review says the same…

Literally EVERY review says the same and they are true! I wish I came across this prior to ordering with this company.
I placed an order on August 1st. 15 days later I emailed asking for a status update. The response was that the chandelier was on back order and wld be sent in a month. Month later I emailed for another update. Response… another month.
Needless to say, its now Nov 15th and now they aren’t responding to my emails.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. BEWARE! SCAM DO NOT BUY HERE! I ordered a fan in July and canceled the end of August because they kept telling me it was back ordered. Twice they supposedly paid my money back but I have not received it. I have now been on the phone AGAIN asking for my refund. As I write this I've been on hold 30 minutes. They are LIARS. If you go past 60 days after a purchase the credit card company will not pay your money back. I've just waisted 3 months of my life trying to get the fan or a refund from this company.

Interior Designer

As a designer, this has been a horrible purchasing experience. I bought 2 of the 72" Corsica Round Chandeliers in antique brass. 23 of the fluted glass sleeves arrived crushed. The metal discs to hold the fixtures together did not fit and I had to have custom brass plates made ($84). The instructions are in chinese. SINCE JUNE I've been promised replacement glass. NOTHING has been sent. It is NOW OCTOBER. The customer service manager acts bothered by my calls and with having to rectify things. He once mumbled something about reimbursement. NOTHING! IF they ever do as promised, I will report it as the problem fixed but the huge inconvenience has been a disaster.

Buyer Beware!!!

Beware! This company scams its customers. I purchased two ceiling fans that were supposed to be delivered in a few weeks. After many delays, I asked to cancel the order. They sent a return confirmation via PayPal (I used it for the purchase) but immediately stopped/canceled the return. Paypal informed me that the return did not go through. PayPal Credit eventually reimbursed me the $750 purchase price. This company lies and cannot be trusted.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. All their fans are on backorder, they stall you with delivery delays for more than 90 days so by the time you realize your fan(s) are never going to arrive you cannot dispute the charge with your credil card company.
Shame on them.

BEWARE of this company!!!!!!!

BEWARE of this company!!!!!!!! It's a total SCAM!! They don't have any of the lighting they represent. I placed orders for 4 chandeliers going on 5 months ago and they keep giving excuses as to why I have not received them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I had the same experience as the other reviewers. I ordered a chandelier in May and never received a shipment confirmation. Every time I called or emailed, they told me that it was on back order until the following month. I cancelled the order and they assured me twice that I would receive a refund. When I asked for an email confirmation for the refund, they sent me a bogus confirmation. I disputed that charges with my credit card company and got the money refunded.

This site id defeintely a scan. I ordered a ceiling fan. Ten days passed with no contact from the company. I called the 1-800 number. They said the "item" was back ordered for a month and a half. I asked for refund. They said it would take 24-48 hours.

Site is a scam

Site is a scam. The item said to arrive in two weeks, then went on back order for a month. I cancelled and they said they would credit my account in 24-48 hours. Two weeks later and I had to dispute charge through my credit card company. I spoke with Jane twice and emailed company.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Save yourself the hassle and do not trust this site for one second!!! They are a scam, 100%!!! I ordered a chandelier and it was supposed to ship 3-7 days and when it still hadn't shipped within 10 days I sent them an email asking when it might be and they said sometime mid may. That's it, no names attached to the email or numbers, no specific date, just mid may, very scammy, I asked them to cancel the order and issue me a refund because it felt fishy, they continued to reply strangely and then said they canceled the order with no mention of a refund. I by then had reached out to paypal to open a dispute, and then Gallery House Lights claimed they would not refund me and they will go through the dispute! Which screams a scam. They would rather go through a dispute on paypal than refund me money for a chandelier they never were going to send!! Hopefully going through a paypal dispute will get me my money back and shut down this site. I hope to everyone looking at purchasing from this website takes caution, DO NOT TRUST this website. Absolutely horrible experience on my end. Be careful out there!! Do not be fooled by scammers with your hard earned money =(

They take your money and don't send the lights.

1 year ago we ordered a chandelier for $1000 on their website, we were later informed that the chandelier was on backorder. They didn't know when the chandelier would become available so we cancelled our order and were assured we would get a refund. Now one year later we have not yet been refunded and when we call to request a refund we are told we are being rude and they will not give us our money back.
