Delivery fantastic.

Unfortunately whatever way it was wrapped the plastic wrapping tore all the boot box and as it's a Christmas gift very disappointed that I'll be giving a shoddy box 📦 as a gift 😔.

I purchased a Gift Voucher on line for my son in law’s 40th Birthday, received it by email, all good. The only flaw doing it that way is I didn’t have any gift presentation packing to go with it.

Bought a tux in Galvin Tullamore recently and it was a very good experience. I was served by Les and he made it very easy and they have an in store tailor and the alteration was done in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Fast delivery and a great range of products to choose from.

Fast service (online purchace) inspite of the very poor road conditions due to the terrible weather (Met Eireann Oranage alert). Reasonable price too, its great to be able to by designer clothes (Barbour Shirt) at a competitve price (cheaper than Frasers in Cork, or Amazon) from a local irish owned shop and not form a large multi national clothes shop listed on the london stock exchange. I will be purchasing again.

Twice I have bought vouchers on-line as gifts. Purchasing vouchers on-line was quick & easy. Voucher emailed promptly and looks v. well when printed. Second time I purchased a voucher Shane contacted me by phone to apologise that voucher would be delayed a couple of hours which I thought was very nice of him.

Very easy to order online and with next day delivery thrown in too, it was all great. Great product and service.

Excellent service

Went on the website to buy a voucher for a family member who lives in tullamore. Very easy to use and the voucher was posted directly to the address provided.

I visited your shop in tullamore this morning the 06th of Jan 2024 and was disgusted and disappointed with the non service we received. We went in to book a suit for my daughters upcoming wedding and was told that your shop only hires out tuxedo. We did not get a chance to explain that my future son inlaw is Scottish and the wedding party are wearing kilts so only needed father of the bride suited. The lady just turned her arm in the direction of a tuxedo and said this is all we hire out, we were unaware of this before going in. She was quite rude and seemed to look down her nose at us like as if we were not good enough to come into the shop.
We were made to feel quite embarrassed and left your shop with pur heads hanging and quite disgusted the way a few of your staff looked at us. We are local people and have shopped in your shop before but never again.
Thankfully we got sorted with another local shop who were 💯 % helpful and friendly.
I would suggest that lady gets some training in how not to treat customers and a little bit of manners goes a long way
