On desktop the cashier almost makes…

On desktop the cashier almost makes sense. On my iPhone, the keyboard covers the confirm button and the page jumps around when I enter the amount. I restarted the withdrawal twice, then the request appeared with the wrong method selected. Cancelled it and waited hours for the balance to return.

The max bet rule appeared after activation, hidden under bonus details. I had already played a few spins above it before noticing. Support said the bonus terms apply regardless. Fine, but do not show the important rule after the action that can break it. First.

The welcome bonus timer started before the bonus actually appeared in my account. I deposited Friday night, waited for the credit, then saw the clock had already been running. By the time support replied Saturday morning, half the window was gone. They said it was automatic, as if that fixes anything.
