This shop is really bad!

I got send a defective item.
After that, i wrote them several times, without any reply.
So i had to let repair the shock absorber (rockshoxf) by a agreed company.
As i send the bill for these costs to them, they finally wrote me, that i first had to contact them (what i previosly did several times)!?!?
After all they refuse to pay for the repairing costs.
This is really bad costumer service!!
I hope you are changing your service method and help your clients, when you are selling defective items!! :(

Thats kind of interesting,.. that you answer faster on requests than on emails that i wrote you.
And your answer ro my request is not right at all!
I wrote you several mails to claim the defective product, without any answer?!
So as i needed to let repair the rockshox item for bile holidays and you let me a few days without any reply to several mails i wrote,.. i had to take this choice, to let repair the item.

I am really surprized about your fast reaction on this message.

I bought a GRX drivetrain minus cranks from Gambacicli and it shipped in really good time and arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. 6 days from order to delivery from Italy to the U.S.!!!!!

Bought recently helmet MET Trenta from Gambacicli website but unfortunatelly this speciffic helmet wasn't in stock when they prepared my items to be shipped. Kind employees of Gambacicli offered me few other helmets where we agreed that they send me another, more expensive. They also offered me discount and shipped new helmet very, very fast. Everyone was so kind and helpful and I totally recommend buying from their website. <3 Thank you one more time!

A great web shop with plenty of stock and good prices.
Super fast handling of my order which was shipped the next day and the delivered within a few days from ordering.

Purchased a Selle Italia SLR Boost Superflow saddle. Excellent price and wickedly rapid delivery. Only surprise was the additional charge for import fees/tariffs above and beyond what Gambacicli charged me (paid to UPS). The additional charge added about 30% to the total cost, but it was still less that I could find elsewhere. Saddle was not in original packaging but was otherwise fine and packaged well.

I’m a long time buyer of cycling products from Gambacicli and frankly there better to do business with than the likes of Competitive Cyclist in the USA. Even faster shipping from Italy than the USA. Sad. I’m only giving three stars because my last order of 189 usd was hit with 47 dollars in tariffs and a damn 16 dollar broker fee. It’s no longer a viable option for USA buyers unless the tariff mess gets resolved. To be clear this isn’t a negative against Gambacili.
