I have been using this platform for many years, since my early CS:GO days, always in good faith and without any issues.
Recently, I was asked to complete account verification. I provided all requested documents, and support confirmed that my verification was fully approved. However, when I attempted to withdraw my balance, withdrawals were suddenly disabled.
Shortly after that, my account was permanently banned for an alleged “violation of Terms of Service,” without any clear explanation, warning, or evidence. My remaining balance was confiscated, and support stated that the decision is final and that no further details would be provided.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. A long-time user, verified account, funds locked and confiscated with no transparency or due process.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform.

2 days ago, I increased my balance on Gamdom to $2,400, but there wasn’t even enough funds in Gamdom’s TRX wallet to process such a small withdrawal. After repeatedly trying to create withdrawal requests that failed — and since my balance was not locked or restricted — I gave in to temptation and kept playing, eventually losing all of my money. I later researched the issue and saw that situations like this happen very frequently on Gamdom. This is truly unethical...
Players who experienced this problem before were compensated, yet I wasn’t even taken into consideration. Most likely because I’m not as wealthy as the players you compensated, which constitutes a second unethical practice. Even though a tweet is still up showing that they compensated another player who experienced the same issue, they told me, “We don’t compensate anyone; we treat everyone equally.”
