Far and away the worst company I have…

Far and away the worst company I have ever bought something from. I was charged 9 euros for 2-4 day delivery, they responded to my first email after a week to let me know they had trouble as they were "moving warehouses". Fast forward a week and the item hadn't even been dispatched yet, I sent an email suggesting that I shouldn't have to pay 9 euros for 2-4 day delivery only for my item to not be dispatched 2 weeks later. That email received no reply, and now nearly 3 weeks later I have had to request a refund through paypal. Had I not bought through paypal, I have no doubt that they would have kept my money and never sent the item. I've never left a review for a company before but I was unaware until now that companies with such low standards existed within the EU.

Very good experience

Despite all the negative reviews here I had a very good experience. On the 28th of June I bought a figure and after purchasing I read the bad reviews on this site which made me a bit nervous. Therefore I had sent them an email, completed the info form on their website and tried to call them. Calling took a few tries to get in contact with them but in all cases they replied within 24 hours. They kept me updated on the status of the package and send me the track & trace code as soon as it came available (09th of July). Today the 10th of July I received the package perfectly wrapped up. I can recommend them to everybody but keep in mind that delivery may take a bit longer as you are used to. Be patience and in case you have doubt about an order I would recommend to contact them first before buying.

Unacceptable Delays and Lack of Transparency

I ordered the Monster Hunter Rathalos Creators Model statue from the Capcom Store (which Game Legends operates) in October 2018. The statue, at the time, had a release date of mid November. As the date approached the statue's release date was delayed until December. This didn't bother me at all, I understand that these things happen and sometimes they are unavoidable. When December came around, the statue was delayed again to January, and this trend continued. Every month, the statue would be delayed by another month with no reason as to why.

I waited until April 2019, when the statue was delayed to May 2019, to email Game Legends and enquire about the delay. They replied within a couple of days and I was told that 'The constant delay was due to delivery issues caused by our supplier. We finally got word that the statue will arrive within the next 48 hours and we do not expect further push backs'. This did not happen, and the statue was delayed again to mid-June 2019.

I emailed them again and heard nothing for an entire MONTH. When they eventually replied I was told that 'We have contacted the supplier once again and except the statue to bin in around mid of June' and they apologised for the delay of the item (but not the email response).

However, as the date approached the statue was delayed AGAIN, until mid-July. By this point, I have waited through 8 months of constant delays and contacted them to cancel my order (as you can't seem to do it through the website). I wrote an email detailing the experience and how disappointed I was. I had been a lot more patient than most customers would have been and asked that in the future they be more transparent about delays.

I received an email a few days later saying that my request for a refund had been forwarded to the finance department. I didn't even get an apology for the constant delays and lack of information, and I certainty didn't feel like they actually cared about the poor service I had received.

I, well and truly, am not the type of person to complain. I understand that sometimes issues occur and I was more than understanding and patient. But ultimately, my order was delayed by 8 months with little information given to me by the supplier. The customer service at points was extremely slow and left me feeling lied to, or at least fobbed off.

Dishonest with customers and ridiculous shipping times

I placed an order through the Capcom Store EU, which Game Legends operates. I bought some pre-order items in late February and their website stated these would release in mid-March. I was charged for the pre-order at this point.

Mid-march rolled around and there was no communication whatsoever from Game Legends. My order was still showing as 'in process' and the items were now showing as 'in stock and ready to ship'. I waited a few days and after hearing nothing I contacted Game Legends via their website contact form to ask if there'd been a delay with the order.

Almost a week later they had not responded, so I sent them an email instead. Around 4 days later they responded to the email and stated that they had not received the items from the distributor, they apologised for the delay and said they would update the shipping date once they knew more. A few days later the shipping dates were updated to early April.

The new shipping date passed and I still hadn't had any order confirmation. I sent a further email to Game Legends complaining that I was unhappy at the lack of communication and asked for an update on the order. This time they responded quickly and assured me that the items would 'arrive next week' (week of 8th April). While the week is not over yet, I haven't heard anything up to this point. To make things worse, the items are now shown as 'in stock and ready to ship' on their website, but it is clear this is not the case and they are not being honest with their customers.

Do not use this company- if you're wanting any of the Capcom merchandise, import it from Japan or buy elsewhere. Don't use Game Legends/Capcom Store as you'll be waiting months. Probably the worst service I've experienced.

112 day delivery of poor quality items

Ordered multiple items on the 2nd of June. On the 22nd of September, 112 (!!!) days later, I received 2 out of 4 items. Not holding my breath for the next 2 items ...
The Quake hoodie I ordered in size XL was more like a size M or even less. In addition the quality of the hoodie is pretty questionable and the fabric is really flimsy. Send it back you say? The return policy states that I'm responsible for the costs of sending it back to Germany.
This might well be one of my worst online shopping experiences ever.
BTW The initial order was placed at the Bethesda store (The Bethesda Store Europe - Powered by Game Legends).

Shipped too late, delivered much too late

I've been waiting for a package for over 20 days, even though their website says it should take only 2-5 days. I contacted them several times, first they said that they didn't have it in stock, but they didn't notify me of it and their website said that it was in stock. Then they send it off to DHL which is literally the most incompetent company in the world. That is not their fault, but they should have other delivery options.

I am expecting the package to be crushed to pieces by now, but I'll probably never receive it anyway.

Item was not in stock but they didnt …

Item was not in stock but they didnt mark it as such. So it shipped very late. They shipped with DHL (which is also a terrible service) and were later rude when DHL did not deliver the item to me. Very rude service in general.

Would not order from them.

Nice shop

Only negative reviews here, so i decided to say something good about this company. Just received my order today. Everything is great, shipping is fast, packed good. I sent them couple of emails, after the first answer they answered fast. But i waited for the first answer couple of days. Can recommend. Going to order something else.

This company is the worst I have ever done business with

26th of October 2015 I bought a Dallas Mask for my 8 year old son. The mask was broken on arrival, which can happen. But the company does not answer emails, I had to post on their facebook page to get attention. They wanted me to let the mask sit at room temperature for several days? I did, but of course nothing happened.
I then tried many times to email them about them sending me a new mask, but no answer from their support email. Back to their facebook page or their horrific online forms.
They refused to send me a new mask, they wanted me to return the broken mask first. I did, and sent them documentation for shipping cost, but nothing happened.. Again using their facebook page I got their attention, but now they only want to refund me less than half the shipping cost, as they have found a cheaper way I could have sent it. I sent them notice 5 day prior to shipping about how I was going to ship it, and the cost. They never objected.
So I received a broken product (this happens), and lost money, because this company does not live up to EU law about refund shipping cost.

I will make sure nobody I know ever does business with this company ever.
Today 24th of November I still haven't received any payment from Game Legends.

The short: They have no customer service or effective return policy for broken items - they even act rude towards customers.
