We willen graag iedereen laten beleven waarom gamen zo leuk is. Voor jong en oud, man of vrouw is er namelijk wel een leuke game te vinden. Een leuke race, aktie of avonturen game of liever een klassiek springspelletje, een nieuwerwets zwiepspel of lekker dansen en muziek maken! Daarom bieden we nieuwe games aan voor eerlijke prijzen en gunnen we gebruikte games een tweede leven. Geen hoge prijzen waar we kortingen op geven maar direct een aantrekkelijke prijs!

Bad behaved communication on…

Bad behaved communication on marktplaats. Showing sings of discrimination and calling 2x customer an idiot.

Even after that, person decided to add me 1 star on marketplaats with no reason.

I have sent review on google also and he was writing that its not possible that someone from them can have this kind of behavior but yeah lie is lie.

Never again.

Bij Game-Outlet.nl hebben we geen betaald account bij Trustpilot...
Deze abonnementen beginnen vanaf €169 per maand, waarmee je volgens Trustpilot 'je reputatie kunt verbeteren'.

Hierdoor worden de reviews over ons op Trustpilot niet of nauwelijks gemonitord. Dit maakt het lastig om onjuiste of misleidende ervaringen (zoals reviews over situaties die niet bij ons hebben plaatsgevonden) te corrigeren of aan te passen. Daarom reageren we inhoudelijk niet op dit soort reviews, omdat we vinden dat deze geen verdere aandacht verdienen.

In plaats daarvan hebben we ervoor gekozen om al onze reviews te verzamelen op één platform met een eerlijke prijs constructie: Feedback Company. Hier hebben we inmiddels meer dan 2300 beoordelingen met een gemiddelde score van 9/10.

Worst service I ever experienced

Worst service I ever experienced: not possible returning faulty items. You are referred to manufacturer for a disfunctional controller even if you spend more dan 500 euros. Dont buy here if you might need service.

Very friendly and helpfull store

Very friendly and helpfull store. Postnl lost the package for a week and a half. The support from GameOutlet was great. Send a new package right away. Great selection of games and very friendly staff. Next time I'm looking for games I will start looking here first.

Very impressed. Troy, Hemel was fantastic!

My husband took my sons Nintendo Switch back to the Hemel Hempstead store as it was failing to power up.
The Assistant Troy, was so helpful. I thought he might send it away to be repaired but no, he replaced it without quibble. Very friendly considering it was a hot Bank Holiday Monday!!
Really impressed!!! Would definitely recommend to friends.
