I got the game and was very exited, I didn't even get to open it because it required an activation key which was missing in the box... is there any way I can get it??

The items arrived promptly after being ordered. Once set up the PC did not work, the phone number quoted on the website has been disconnected. Quite disappointing as this was a Christmas present.

A ripoff of $3. It looked like it was part of the Master’s ticket website. Do not engage with this company!

The screen came broken and was missing a headset. I phoned customer service and received a new screen, headset and some speakers the following day. The gaming pc was a great price and my son is very happy 😊

Everything I couldn't log into my account even though I was given my user name and password, it still said incorrect info, what a farce sort this out A.S.A.P.

Came on time .packaging terrible. things inside out of there boxes though they were damaged luckily they ok.phoned up they were ready to help if anything damaged. will use again.

Great product bought for my sons Christmas easy set up and he loves it

My gaming pc bundle arrived in good time and in fully working order. I did initially think that it was faulty on account of my error plugging the monitor into the wrong port but I contacted game-zone and they advised me of my error and all sorted. Happy customer.

Bad service, company doesn't list in detail about spec of computer, tried to contact on Facebook (one of their channels of contact) took 2 weeks for a reply and they copy and pasted the info from the website which I had already read but still didn't answer questions, the spec of components are really low, sold as ready to use right out the box, but it didn't have the operating system on, do I had to call them because they wouldn't respond otherwise, they did sent a new ssd out with the relevant software, but they said it would be next day but wasn't even delivered to courier untill 3 days later. I would save your money and take it elsewhere.

UPDATE: Pc os described as being able to run fortnite but even at the lowest setting you can play the game ,avoid this company like the plague, just ordered upgraded components to resolve the issue. Game-zone Ltd should really stop trading or robbing people after a little research I could of built this system for £200

I was a bit wary as the price was so good, but the boosters worked perfectly first time and improved the signal immensely. The parcel arrived securely packaged and in good time.
