No aftersales will do anything to not return

Bought a Playseat from this store and within 4 months it broke due to an obvious manufacturing defect. The plastic snapped at a stress point — clearly not user damage.

When I tried to return it, the cashier Mahendra had a terrible attitude and flat-out refused to help, immediately blaming “physical damage” without any proper inspection. Completely unprofessional.

After reading other reviews, it’s obvious this store will do anything to avoid honoring returns, even when the fault is clearly theirs.

Disgusting aftersales service, rude staff, and zero accountability. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere. This branch does not deserve customers.

Terrible communication, rude and dishonest

Ordered on the 2nd December, on the 4th I noticed the order was canceled by them without reversing payment. Phoned support, they said it's a mistake on the system and will be fixed imediately. On the 5th I cheched up on them and the order was still canceled, and no money payed back. Phoned again, put on hold, and when I asked why it's still not done they blamed me for not phoning them earlier. I asked them to just give back my money so I can buy somewhere else and they refused. The order is no longer canceled but it is now the 9th of December and still not dispatched to courier, still "processing". The website states 1 day processing, it's been 8 days now. Absolute scam website.

Poor service, incorrect items, and no accountability.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. On 9 July, I placed and paid for Red Dead Redemption 1 for PS4, which was advertised on both their website and BobShop. I was later contacted and told the game wasn’t actually in stock — even though it’s still listed online.

Reluctantly, I agreed to take Dying Light 2 for PS4 instead and even sent a screenshot via WhatsApp to confirm. Yet when the package arrived, I received Dying Light 2 for PS5 — a completely different item.

This is now the second time I’ve received incorrect information and products from this store. It’s incredibly frustrating to go out of my way to confirm details, only to still get the wrong item. Even worse, the original item I ordered is still being advertised as available.

Despite multiple requests, no refund has been processed and there’s been no clear communication on when or how this will be resolved. Most companies have standard return and refund policies in place for situations like this, yet I’ve had to follow up several times with no results.

I cannot recommend this store based on my experience. Poor service, incorrect items, and no accountability.

Welp I just received my first ban after…

Welp I just received my first ban after I day well a few hrs after my purchase, I’ve tried reaching out to customer service all day no response(discord and email) this isn’t my first purchase either an I know the issue will be resolved but first time buyers need to know this company has its flaws customer service could be better communication needs to be better also update the website most purchase take longer then 12-24 hrs even if you buy express shipping.

Bunch of Thieves.

I bought a R150 PSN voucher from Game-4-You.
I got sent a fake voucher number.
PSN want a 12 digit code, Game-4-You sent me an 11 digit code.
I sent them emails, Game-4-You replied to the first one with the same code and then ignored me.
