Very slow and confusing instructions
got my game after more than 27 hours. The process is long and confusing and no one replies but atleast you get what you paid for and its cheap

Instructions are clear. The process is long? Well, it is longer than process of other sites, which after a couple of weeks change game data and you lose it. We offer warrany forever and our process is necessary to avoid customers fraud.
We replied all your messages, but we don't give 24 hour service. Furthermore, we are closed during weekend, but even so we answered you during weekend.

What is this joke?
Prior to receiving games I was asked to provide a photo of my ID (passport/driving license) and ps4 serial number.
When I asked why they wanted this they replied "it's compulsory". No further explanation, and they wouldn't send me the games I paid for!
I obviously wanted a refund and so requested this and was simply told "all sales are final"
RIDICULOUS. They also had Trustpilot remove my review multiple times because it is “defamatory”. Each time I have to email trustpilot and get it reinstated. Complete waste of my time
Update 13/11/22: two years later they are still trying to remove this review from trustpilot.
