I purchased Crusader Kings III: Royal Edition for $36.47 (normally $74.99), which is a very great deal and the best around at this time. However, there was an issue where my Credit Card was double-charged, but the second charge was declined, and I received a call from a Fraud Alert line. I was only out the initial charge amount, but in case someone else gets double charged and the second charge is not declined, I wanted to mention this as a fair caution. Also, if I had not dealt with the Fraud Alert call and let it go to voicemail like I so often do with most calls, my card and bank account could have been locked out to prevent further fraud, and this would have been a big hassle for me. Thankfully it wasn't, but you should be aware of this just in case.

At first I was skeptical for the lack of popularity and the fact that it's a digital reseller. However, I've found great reviews about it all over the internet certifying its authenticy and convenience. Hence I decided to take the risk, and it was absolutely worthy. The service was smooth and completely safe. Just like the website states: it's an authorized reseller, the code is delivered instantly, and more importantly, the code actually works! Not to mention the incredible sales and deals that are legit. It has some interface features to improve, such as lack of review sections and specific information about deals, but no big deals. Also, to enhance the credibility, it would be great that they share opinions or experiences from their customers on their social media.

Order takes too much time, but in the end it was delivered

I ordered a dlc that was reduced by 20%. It is the most recent dlc for the game and i was beginning to lose faith id ever find a deal.

I was a litte worried about the product description: "This product is redeemed via Ubisoft Connect. You will NOT receive a Uplay key."

I purchased a key from Gamebillet for Borderlands 3, and made a mistake on my end regarding eligibility regions. Their customer support got back to me ASAP and fixed the issue for me instantly. I understand many people don’t trust key sites that aren’t Steam/Epic etc, but these guys are pretty active on reddit / social media and buy their keys straight from the publisher, no grey market BS. I mistakenly ordered a key for Epic Games rather than Steam like I wanted, and Denis was very quick to help me resolve my issues. Initially, I thought I would just need to issue a refund and reorder the Steam key, so I went ahead and emailed support while simultaneously ordering the Steam version. In the midst of my mistake, Denis informed me that I could simply request a swap from Epic Games to Steam while cancelling my second order, and was quick to help me resolve the mess I had made all within 10 minutes. Definitely impressed by the speed of the customer service here!
