The chat response time was very quick
The chat response time was very quick, usually within one, or maybe two, minutes. The product itself was as I expected, but getting it installed was not straight forward. After a number of chats, I was instructed to do CMD line instructions. That was no problem since the instructions were very clear. However, an important last step was not made clear. I actually set up a screen sharing appointment to solve this until I realized the missing step and did it myself. If not for that omission, I would have rated them a 5.
