poor customer service
I asked to have Office 2024 installed on my PC, I paid the price and was told I had to uninstall M/S 365, which I did, then I had no office and no Outlook, so no email. I have asked many times for an explaination to no avail. I got told it would be done, nothing has happened. Not even the courtesy of a phone call.I had no email now and I have asked to refund my money and reinstall my original M/S 365. I was informed by the company that I had to uninstall it so one the off Office 2024 could be installed. Waited for a reply. I had to use my 15 year old Laptop for emails. Very poor customer service. I have to keep swapping the internet cable to go between the PC and laptop. Because I had no Outlook my connection was through my laptop. I had by advisement uninstalled the M/S 365. I t seems the company asumed the laptop was going to get the Office product because that was what I was communicating through. Even when they asked for PC details to ensure it was suitable, they said it was OK they were still going to put it on the 15yr old Laptop, of course that would never work. I was still trying to get through that the laptop was only for communication. After 4 lost days of trying to get the message across I had to cancel and go back to my M/S 365. - 4days lost!

I had a hard time getting word & excel activated at first
I had a hard time getting it activated. No matter what I did, it didn't work. But the next day, I tried it again and it activated with no trouble. Th learning curve is so different from the old Word and Excel.
