Scam! This company is a scam for sure. Do not order from them! I placed an order and waited several weeks and was notified my items were delivered when in fact they were never delivered. They responded quickly when placing the order then have ghosted me since!

I ordered an item in December. After at least 3 weeks and multiple emails back and forth, I was finally provided with a return label. I promptly returned the item, and now 2 months later, I still have not received a refund.

This company is definitely a fraud reviews that you have read through the name of the person for the company Elisa  and blaming the delay on shipping… Don’t order from them!… Complete fraud!

Ordered one item on Nov 29, 2022 as a Christmas present. As of Feb 3, 2023, I have not received it. I have emailed customer service several times. They blamed the delay on "their shipper" & won't refund my money because it's already "in process". Horrible -- do not do business with this company

Ordered a tumbler on Dec 21st, they never sent it, now its 01/06/23.Contact customer service and get this.
