Getting the rewards its granted but the time you spent on trying to get one its really really really long

I got everything i bought with soul gems. I read other reviews and they didnt rate it this high. W gamehag. But i must say. Its hard to get something else then 1 soul gem or random cd code in the crates

i hate your flipping app. first of all when i was supposed to receive my weekly chest yesterday it rest to 7 days for no flipping reason, so now i have to wait for it all over again. secondly that daily chest of yours is rigged. i keep receiving 1, 5 and 10 soul gems and idc what anyone says but that shi doesn't have anything to do with luck. thirdly when i play a game to complete a quest and i take a screenshot, yall keep rejecting for no reason even when everything else matches my acc on gamehag. including the name. fix all this, its really pissing me off, highkey. fourthly when i try using the earnweb app through yalls link, the app just stops functioning and i can't even create my acc on there cause it seemed to be bugged. i had to open a diff tab to try doing it and then when i did the required quest, the app gave me a quest to proceed to submitting the evidence. this made the whole process longer and annoying because all this takes time and patience but patience won't be handy if shi keeps going south-west on purpose. FIX THE BS cause im for sure not spending money on something thats supposed to be a free way of getting things. lastly the new quests that only give me after completeing the previous quest, yeah that, the time till the next quest rest too. i almost crashed out

Seems that here are many bots saying that gamehag is great. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. I completed many offers and didn't receive anything. The customer service is ai and u can only refer to it for a couple types of problems, nothing more. When u write articles it says wrong language, tho it's written in English. U do not get paid for any challenges or offers u complete. I got a steam gift card that could not be redeemed, so i got scammed. When i tried to talk about this with the AI, the option about gift cards didn't even exist (still doesn't). And if u get enough soulgems to buy something, u need to reach level 3 to redeem your preferred "free" item, which is extremely time consuming and hard. And even if u complete offers for soulgems and xp, the game bugs and u wont get anything (my experience). So don't waste your time, hours and hours of trying to get an item, when in reality you wont. I wasted a lot of my time when i could've just bought something for 5 dollars or something else, and go on with my life, doing more fun and more productive thing. WARNING AGAIN: There are many bots trustpilot saying how great it is. IT'S FAKE. Or if it's not it's from years ago. Be careful and stay woke.

It was an okay website, it does give me free gift cards when I complete tasks in games, the problem is that some of the quests don't work when they say that I have not registered a new account in those games when I did.
