Two times in a row, the 'Random CD-Key' gave me the same game.

They say I did not register for a game through their link, even though I most definitely did. No way of contacting them as far as I can find. So kind of seems like they are trying to scam people considering so many other people having issues. Waste of time

I want to get my rewards refunded because I can't redeem robux.

Edit: You refunded just 1200 gems, I spend more than 4000 gems in robux, I have 410 robux in my inventory, I have one code of 200, 2 codes of 100 and 1 code of 10.
Please, refund all the robux codes.

it's the only site that really rewards you with prizes, it's not as easy as all the other sites and apps would have you believe, that's why it's the truest. anyway really good. i keep coming back to it after years it proves to be the best.

I started using gamehag about a week ago, in 3 days I was able to reach level 3, and redeem a $10 steam gift card thing. I began to get worried because it took 4~ days, but I've received it along with the 2 free random steam keys. The only problem is that some of the quests that have taken like 4-5 hours are saying I didn't register a new account so I wasted time on those. I might use the site again if i desperate for another cheap steam game. :)

SoulGem has been fixed at 0 since last week. No SoulGem that got a refund is coming in, no SoulGem that gets it as an attendance check. Previously, I bought a box as a bug, but it didn't come into the inventory and it only showed up on the log. After that, I couldn't log in for a few days, and SoulGem has been fixed at 0 ever since.
However, the site's public Discord channel is also not valid and there are only a few options for inquiries, so there is no way to contact the management.

Payouts are real. They might take longer than expected though.

Don't expect profit. The platform is legit, and you can do some quests for the gems that can be exchanged for other rewards. However, they have big issues with accepting quests, their support system is basically a bot that doesn't solve your issues and closes your case. I ordered 2 steam wallet cards, one of them worked and one was already used, but the support bot didn't helped me at all, just informed me that they offer their rewards from "trusted sources". BIG HELP

Later edit: Even though they said they will look into it, nothing happened. Also don't even try the auto completing quests since those never work. Mobile quests don't turn rewards as well, played Monopoly for about a month and received nothing.
