Like the title says it was instant delivery even when the website warned that orders made at the time i ordered it may arrive a few hours later. Within 5 minutes i recieved the code with no issues whatsoever, easiest thing ive done in my life. 10/10 would cd code again

Keys are sent manually...
Ordered today, expecting key to be sent automatically like every one of the other dozens of key sites I've used before. Nope. Nothing, they do it manually so they expect me to wait until they get back in to work after the weekend. That is pathetic and a joke. Opened a PayPal dispute, will escalate to claim and a charge back at bank level if need be.

Gamehold makes a good Job with their Website but The key could be delivered a bit faster.
Whaterver 30min is Even faster than going to a lokal store or search another Website which is Even close to gameholds quality. Good Job!

Great site. Best customer service.
The site had an incredibly cheap price to pre-order Black Ops III on Steam. I pre-ordered the game for about £30 GBP and got it the morning of release.
Before I had pre-ordered Black Ops III, I realized I had purchased the wrong thing from their site. I had contacted their customer service about it and got a reply in 5 minutes. Each time I replied again, I got a reply within half an hour at least. Brilliant customer service.
I asked them for a refund for what I had originally purchased and then purchased Black Ops III. I got the money back today - one week after I asked for it (which is great).
I love this site. Would definitely purchase from here again.
