Not happy
I bought the Season Pass for The Division (PC) well in advance and was told the key would be delivered on or before 08/03/16. Now I'm told I may have to wait 1-2 weeks. This was only explained to me AFTER that date with no communication beforehand. This means I'm missing out on the Day One content promised to Season Pass holders as I've already been playing it 2 days and it'll now be useless to me.
I was also told I could only have a PART refund if I didn't want the key now, which of course is against my statutory rights.
