In het verleden hier Windows 10 gekocht die perfect werkte en een tijdje terug heb ik een key voor Office besteld die ik pas net uitgeprobeerd heb. Deze key werkte niet maar na het invullen van een support ticket kreeg ik heel snel een key die wel werkte. Top service!

Bought Windows 10 before which worked out great and bought a key for Office a while ago which I just tried to use since I didn't immediately need office. The key was invalid and phone activation did not work so I sent a support request after which they provided me with a new key extremely quickly. Great service

Cheap Office but carefully read sent instructions first.
Cheap Office. But Microsoft activating didn't work at first. That's because I forgot to read the mail they first sent where they explain that you should activate by telephone if the online activation doesn't work. Then it works fine.

I purchased the MS Office 2016 Professional Plus using the advertised € 13,75 voice activation option.
After downloading the programme using the provided activation key sent via email the installer took me through an activation menu where the user is asked to dial a toll-free Microsoft number and enter a long numeric activation code consisting of multiple groups.
The last group in the series did not work, whereupon I transferred to a Microsoft operator who checked my license key. The operator explained that the key turned is a business license key and could not be activated for an individual user (me). As such the installation would not work, after which I uninstalled the programme.
After numerous emails to gamekeydiscounter requesting a refund for the bogus code that they gave me I have still not received my money back. I urge anyone considering a purchase through this apparently fraudulent company to think twice before proceeding!
