I bought 2 keys and they wasn't working, AVOID THIS WEBSITE !

I bought a game key but it turned out as a duplicate. I reached out, send them screenshots and they responded in 12 hours and gave me a new working key! 4/5 stars for the fast response and for giving me a new key. Thanks guys

I ve bought a game from this side trought kinguin. First i was shocked, the key was duplicated. So i contacted the support, provided screenshots and described the problem i had with the product. Within a 3 hours they replied to me with a new cd key and they closed the ticket. Unfortunatelly the new key was also duplicated so i ve opened a new ticket. They also replied to me within an hour with a new CD key from a different seller which was finally working. Please keep in mind they can not do anything about this, they have no option to check if the keyes are working or not, but what can they manage is customer service which they got excellent based on my experience. I am giving them full rate because of quick comunication and pro-customer service. :)

Bought a game through Kinguin, from Gamekeys on 16th june 2020. That was six weeks ago. Haven't seen it yet. Not Happy

this retardd pig really try to scam u in kinguin. don't trust him. u might not loose ur money, but wasted ur time

Bought a key fom them through Kinguin that was already used. Tried to contact support to get a refund or even help on the matter and nothing. Don't buy from them, they are scammers. I'll let paypal handle them.

I bought a Nvidia Geforce Now key from kinguin and i got the code from here. And guess what? The code had been used already so im not surprised it was used already since this site is complete scam. U can even see that this site has 2/5 rating which means it sucks

4 days late, still no working key.

I purchased the PC title 'Fell Seal Arbiters Mark' from this vendor on Sunday the 28th April 2019 for £14. The key I was supplied with was a duplicate which couldn't be activated on Steam, I submitted a ticket to g2play, the site which processed my order and heard nothing within the first 24 hours. They eventually replied to my ticket on Monday and they said that they had contacted this vendor awaiting their response.

It is now Wednesday the 1st may 2019 and I have heard no response from this vendor nor G2Play and I am still without a working key for this game and money has been taken out of my account already. My initial request for a refund was ignored, but I have since reiterated my request for a refund considering I have had no response from this vendor. Not impressed at all by Gamekeyz.net. I would advise anyone who reads this to stay well away from this vendor. Whether or not he is even legit or not I don't know but either way the service is absolutely terrible.

Bought Fortnite Gamekey on Kinguin got a duplicate after 24 hours support sends me 2nd key the same again now waitin till 48 hours

There have been some Issues but the Seller gave me a New Key and offered me an Game of my Choice.

you sold me a duplicate key ........ I have no words I will never cover your keys again

They revoked my game key and tried to scam me out of my money.
Luckily i used a site with a 'shield' so i got a different key.

Bought the key dungeon rushers from them at the 28.11.201.
Today it was revoked from steam by them with the reason that they didn't got the money. They got it at 28.11.2011 via paypal.

I've purchased the 3 S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games through kinguin without a problem.

Fast service, no problem.

Today i bought a SOMA GOG key from Gamekeyz.net through Kinguin.net. The key was sent in a couple of minutes...too bad it was already been used. Kinguin is now trying to contact the seller for another key and will mail me once the issue is solved...somehow. Anyway it seems the Gamekeyz website is offline so...well i have little hope this will get fixed in a matter of hours.
