Great price on the game I wanted…
Great price on the game I wanted although I wish GK had a larger Switch and PS4 selection. Ordering was also quick and easy, dispatch time was good too although delivery itself seemed a bit slow but that's probably more down to the Royal Snail. What is really noteworthy though is that I seem to have got a new customer gift - Deadpool 2 :D Unexpected and very awesome. Would definitely use again if GK have what I'm looking for.

I honestly don't know what to say about this seller. I asked for a refund on a game on eBay in the morning. Then later that day I change my mind and order it again. Hes refunded me straight the way and I told him I will order the game somewhere else then.
He's blocked me on eBay and blocked my number
Then I see a sonic game I wanted to buy.
So I order on his website and he never send the game and would not give me a refund.
PayPal covered me and gave me a refund. Crazy how easy sellers get upset. Super untrustworthy

I am sorry to hear about your order experience. Our records show your order was received on Wednesday 3:33pm. All orders received before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day. For orders received after 2pm we will try to dispatch on the same day, but if this is not possible, the order will be dispatched on the next day. Your order was therefore due to ship to you on Thursday. However, on Thursday at 1:42pm we received a message stating you wanted a refund as the order was not yet dispatched. A further message was received on Thursday 2:14pm requesting a refund. Your order was therefore cancelled & refunded as requested on the same day - Thursday.
Pleasant Surprise along with my purchase
I usually do not write a review but credit given where it's due. Not only they were cheaper than others and what I liked is they provide free delivery too.
However what made everything so so much sweeter was the fact that I had a surprise sent to me along with my order. It was movie which was even brand new and sealed.
In today's Day and age , these acts are unheard of from a business.
Thank you gameking, you have now gained a permanent customer and I will ensure you get more customers too.
