Very disappointed after a month of usage

They never accept your achievements untill you open a ticket about it, making it a struggle!
Each time you place an order they send you a confirmation mail and then after 2/3 days they'll delete your order giving error message only on app (not by mail) without explaining why they denied it.
I tried 2 times and always same old story! Once I opened the ticket they said it was their mistake and I could order again without problems but instead I find out the reward was no more available. Crooks.

Hello,
thank you for your review and for the feedback. We'd like to apologise for the problems with task completion - normally they are accepted within 72 hours. Everything depends on the type of the task and on our moderators who need to verify some of the quests.
When it comes to the orders, we'd like to apologise for the situation but unfortunately technical issues happen. If the product is unavailable again, in this case we cannot help you.
Should you have any questions or problems, please contact our Support - they will try to help :)

It took a long time to save up points but it's worth it, redeemed a robux gift card, they sent an email and got the code, 100% works :)

Amazing platform, a few major greivances

I noticed a lack of quality reviews, so i'm going to take the task of writing a clear, concise, and accurate review so everybody knows exactly what they're getting into.
Gamekit is an absolutely amazing site that is true to its word and really does work. There are no scams, you get exactly what you see. You can play games, take surveys, and even watch videos and rate pictures (although the last two are not viable options, you only get one point for 20-30 minutes of work) to earn gamekit points and redeem them for prizes such as currency for games like roblox or league, steam codes for free random games you've probably never heard of, or even entire triple A games like minecraft or rainbow six seige. I've personally redeemed things from this site several times and can assure everyone that while sometimes the wait can be lengthy, you will always get the things you order, 100% guarantee.
Now, while this is an amazing tool to get the occasional free goodie, there are a couple problems i must point out to everyone, especially to gamekit themselves.
FIrst off, if you play any of the big point games, they are NOT free. Gamekit will tell you they're free. There will be a little banner saying "free" on it. It's not. What gamekit likes to do is sneak a quest in the middle of it that's something extremely not free. One of the most blatant example of this was Raid Shadow Legends. The game has a possible 4800 points to be earned with all of the quests, and a whopping 3000 of those points are on one quest. What's the objective? To buy any package worth $10 or more and send the order confirmation to a certain email. In the shop to redeem points, a $5 voucher to something easily costs well over 15,000 points. not only are you losing money doing this if you actually do, but if you don't then you miss out on well into most of the available points in this game. Then, if you don't spend your money, you have to wait upwards of a month for the time limit to run out so you can continue the game and do the rest of the quests. But if you play the game while you wait, you're likely to get ahead of what the next quest asks, and then it would be unacceptable.
My next complaint is kind of small but the rewards section has been drastically reduced. there used to be pages upon pages of rewards, plus raffles you could enter which were incredibly fun to participate in. I'm sure gamekit has it's reasons for this one but it's somewhat of a bummer to not have nearly as many things to spend your points on or even just window shop with.
Another bigger greivance i have is the random rewards, which might possibly not be an issue anymore because i don't know if it exists. However, if anybody finds any random rewards such as a random $2-50 steam gift card, just know you will ALWAYS get the lowest amount possible. You will never be happy with the amount you get because you paid 3x the points for a third of a different, specifically marked gift card. spend your points on stuff you know you're going to get, don't trust their random anything, unless it's the steam codes, but even then half of them are copies.
So this concludes the review, it works, but expect disappointment along the way. The biggest thing they need to fix is saying something is free when it isn't. However, it shouldn't dissuade you from joining up. While they can be halfway honest and downright shady at times, it truly does work and they do keep their promises, even if they do so like a malicious genie.
