Purchased an LG oled65cxpua. When I ordered it I selected standard shipping. I get a call telling me it’s on back order and was offered a different model. I said no. I want what I ordered LG oled65cxpua I was told there would be a delay. Their web site today shows Estimated Delivery Friday, 17 June and that they have 14 left. BIG LIE. Then the guy offers me WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING. He tells me they will bring it in to the room of my choice and set it up. I said okay. The day of delivery comes guess what wrong TV is being delivered. I told them I refuse it as that is not the model I ordered. I email Game Liquidations. No apology. I am told they made a mistake and that I have to wait for the correct one. I wait. Day of delivery comes. Two guys bring tv in open the beat up box. It is the correct model. All of the styrofoam have model numbers for differentbTV’s. No film on the front of the TV. The stand should come with 7 screws all of the same length. I get 4 long screws 2 short screws. The TV remote is all scuffed. This is no way in hell a new TV I paid $1600 for. I immediately emailed them. They tell me the TV was shipped from the manufacturer and that they said it was new. The TV box has an Amazon label that says I must register the TV under Amazon.com. What? I thought the manufactures was LG. I was asked if I wanted a discount. Are you kidding me? Why would I want a discount and keep a used or refurbished TV. Lucky for me I paid with PayPal and got a full refund from PayPal. BUYERS BE WARE. THIS GAMES LIQUIDATIONS IS A RIP OFF AND A JOKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I saved a ton of money on my new Sony OLED 65" TV. I comparison shopped for some time and GL was by far the best deal. I would estimate I saved $3,000 over retailers like Best Buy. It did take a while to get the product due to supply chain issues and in the end, I spent a little extra for premium shipment but I still banked the significant savings mentioned above. Victor did a great job in handling my transaction and keeping me informed.

This is one of best e-retailer with great price and service. Only thing is you may get product early if you can pay for shipping which is nominal and not that huge Amount. I worked with Victor and he was very polite and helped me through every option.

I purchased a C series 65" OLED from this company and their price could not be beat online.

Received a call from Gameliquidations shipping MGR the day after I placed the order and the day after I posted this review.
They are carefully tracking online reviews which is a good sign in my book.

Their Mgr informed me that the purpose of the call I received from them after purchasing was not to upsell shipping but to "offer a better price on better shipping options because they want their customers to have the best experience possible." He claimed that they would not have made money on shipping for my order. He also claimed that the reason he called was because most people do not pay attention to the other shipping options when they check out.

I am annoyed that I was assumed to be "one of those people who don't pay attention during checkout". Though I will cede his point. As policy, customers should not be pushed or asked to make adjustments to their order once completed unless they make a specific request. This leads me to wonder how much confidence they have in the company they hire for their free shipping option.

I responded that when I sold online in the past, shipping upcharges were one of my company's big moneymakers so I assumed they were doing the same. I could be wrong.

Note: If I receive my order in excellent condition, even a minor annoyance such as this will be more than compensated for.

ORIGINAL STATEMENT from me BELOW 3/14:
I placed my purchase yesterday. I have not yet received my order, but it did ship today. Be AWARE before buying that they will call you before it ships to try to upsell the shipping method if you chose Free shipping.

Gameliquidators was the best price for the tv i was interested in, so naturally i was skeptical. However, their customer service was by far the best I've experienced. They checked in with me about the delivery options and when they spoke to me, it was someone who sounded relatable, who understood and had experience with the tv i wanted, and seemed like they were looking out for me. The tv is perfect, which is the icing on the cake with the lower price, and again customer service reached out 4 months after purchase to ensure things were still going well and i was happy with the purchase. Couldn't be happier with this company

From start to finish Gameliquidations was easy to deal with and nobody could come even close the their deal for a 65" LG C1. They delivered it to me shortly after the order was place and the communication with the team was excellent. I'll be buying from them again!

Game Liquidations is a legit company there prices are lower than others. There product is perfect there customer service is fantastic they answer there phone and emails. They really went out of there way to help and make me happy I thought I had a minor issue turns out I was wrong still game liquidations really spent time helping me even though there really was not an issue I was wrong and they new it but still went to great lengths to make me happy and to help with a problem that really was not there. This company is above the rest in every way. Not only are there prices lower than everybody else there service is the best I have ever seen.. please choose game liquidations for all your tv and electronic needs. You will be happy and I can guarantee you will not find a better company ever. I am so happy the only word I can think of is WOW. I love my tv so much thank you Game Liquidations.

I was wary at first as the deal I got was so good but every person I talked to was courteous, helpful and responsive. Though my order took a while I was very happy with the process overall and love supporting independent businesses vs the big corporations.

Brand new item as described for a fraction of the cost from the name brand website. Great communication as they called to confirm the order and assist with shipping. I will be shopping here again for sure!.

I was looking for a better deal on my 65 in Sony. Most places had it at $1999 or up. I saw on Game liquidators for 300 less. I did some reviews on them and decided to order. I placed the order and got an acknowledgment. Then I got a call from Victor at Game Liquidators. He talked about the $100 for in-house setup. Since he would not be charging tax, I splurged. I figured it would be difficult to handle the box and set that TV up by myself.
Victor told me upfront it would take 2 weeks to get due to the carriers being overloaded at Xmas time and a shortage of drivers. I was OK with that since I had a working TV and I was remodeling.
There were few communications from the trucking firm, but Victor was responsive and worked with the trucking rep, who even contacted me. The truck delivered the box inside the house. The driver and helper were about to walk out until I reminded them that they needed to set it up. They did and took away all the packing material. It was worth the $100.

Net: Game Liquidators is east coast. I live in Colorado. If you are east coast, probably see lower transit times. I you don't have to have your order in the next few days, go with Victor and the crew at Game Liquidators.

I had never heard of this site before but they had the best price I was able to find the 77" LG C1 on black Friday. After doing some research, I decided to order it. The TV was delivered exactly on time, to the day. I had a couple questions during the process and Victor was always friendly and responsive.

Great customer service. Great products. They informed me a newer and slightly cheaper version of the TV I wanted was available. They kept me in the loop during the whole time from purchase to when it was finally delivered.
