Very fast delivery.I ordered and got my code within 30 minutes

I bought FM21 on the 16th and was charged £22 which is what I requested.

On the 1st I saw a debit of £39 from UK HTTPS Gamemore. I read my email to see a fine print at the bottom to say that I had signed up to a membership that I did not request.

Here is where it gets interesting though...

When I clicked on to the “Membership Conditions” it states the following;

“We always send a notification to the email address provided by the customer seven days before charging the membership price, where the customer also has the opportunity to terminate the membership.”

This was not received hence why I contacted my bank to raise a dispute in the first place.

I have had to cancel my bank card and request a new one in order to stop them from taking money out of my account.

Avoid!

100% SCAM!!!!! and completely FRAUDULENT.
Purchased Mount & Blade II Bannerlord. 24hrs still no CD key. Also noticed that I've signed up to a membership automatically after the purchase and in a few days a deduction of £39 which is recurring will be deducted from my account. Sent numerous emails and had zero reply - had to contact my bank to deal to try and get a refund. Now even when i try and log into Gamemore it wont let me.
And investigating further, someone is posting false concerning messages in here acting like there legitimately concerned when its part of the SCAM. Over two wks have passed now and still no refund and no response from GAMEMORE.
Again someone from Gamemore is posting false concerning messages in here to use it as a platform to SCAM more people. An update 2wks later - a FALSE PAYPAL account has been madeusing my banking details £169 of items from EBAY have been deducted from my account!!! i have bought nothing else online apart from this transaction to GAMESMORE - speaking with the bank AGAIN what a complete shambles. JUST spoken to PAYPAL and all the deductions made are for XBOX and PLAYSTATION MEMBERSHIPS I have a very strong suspicion these guys are involved.

Beware -I bought a Hades CD key from this 'company', which is most definitely fraudulent. They took my money, sent an email telling me they'd send the code and there is nothing.

They also sneakily signed me up to a 'membership' which has a 'free trial', and if I don't cancel I will be charged £39 per month... Obviously I did not sign up or agree to sign up to it, you have to go into the terms and conditions to even see they do this - and even then that was only because I saw the real reviews (not the fake positive ones) saying they sign you up to a mystery membership.

They haven't responded to my cancellation request, no response to my email about the missing key either even after 24hrs.

Thankfully I have their IP address, trading address, and phone number which are confirmed to be real. If this isn't sorted soon, they can expect some surprises.

Please note they also have numerous web addresses: ending .dk, .uk etc

Absoutely awful! Paid for a game and sent a code that did not work. Received a reply after 3 days and then not heard from again since after 2 days and after sending countless emails. Absolute scammers! Would love to know how to report them....

Wanted to buy a new PC game, searched for best price which was GameMore, signed up to purchase but then at checkout realised price had gone up, to get the initial price I needed to be a paid member of the site, this was not initially mentioned. But I thought that I would continue regardless as price was now similar to other stores. Made my purchase - over 48 hours later I am still waiting for my CD key to access my purchase. Tried to message company but no reply yet. How does it take so long to provide a CD key? it should be instant - that is the point! Can't even get in contact to cancel my order. Will not buy from them again
*** Update - got email reply after long period, excuse about dodgy keys. Small tip - don't sell them then without legit stock. I've requested refund but this has still not been processed. Contact from the company has been very poor. Blaming covid is not really acceptable, we are all in this situation for 12 months now, if many customers are getting same experience then you should not be trading at the moment. It would be easy to post on social media, website, or en mass email to update people better.
*** Update 2 - with several days between email replies I finally have a refund. Not from this company but by requesting it through my credit card company. Gamemore were asking me to provide my personal bank details to issue refund, I was not comfortable with this. Warning - they still list the game (Wasteland 3) as available with instant download. Do not purchase this.
**** Update 3 - I thought matter over, but now they have flagged this review and are trying to silence (Have removed) negative reviews. Would it not be better to just acknowledge you are at fault and explain how you will do better in the future?

Bought a Sims 4 DLC key. Arrived instantly and worked perfectly fine.

Still awaiting my key. Ordered my game and had an email to say they had sent the key but no key!!!!! Key or refund ASAP or i'll have to put a dispute with my bank. SO it gets worse. Apparently they dont have it so they are awaiting more keys yet they still took my money and wont refund me !!!!!!

I paid for a game and they just gave me a used key - I Want my money back or the CD Key

No answers on email or on facebook. It says delivery within 24 hours and now its been 4 days without me receiving the key.

Ive tryed contacting the company but there are no answers.

It took a bit before I received the cdKey but except that it was a overall good experience.

Super Nice and true page. They promised I would have my CDKEY within 24 hours which I didn’t so that the reason to the “3 star rating”
