I’m not hating I just want an update

I’m not hating I just want an update.
Like many others I placed my order on the 5th Jan 2026, a late Christmas present for my little brother.

I’ve rang over 20 times on different days and emailed a few times yet no communication as occurred.

Please give me something or an email to keep me updated. My order number is #1486

Excellent customer service

I emailed Gamer PC today to get access to an update for my order #1513. For those people who have been saying ‘they never get back to you’, the guy I was speaking to, Mike, got back to me almost immediately explaining that my PC had been built and he’s going to take it to the DPD depot in the morning.

I’m really pleased that he got back to me, and I hope they get back to you guys shortly aswell.

No Hate

hi Im not giving any hate or anything I was just on here to ask if I could hear anything about the pc i bought on the 9th of january. The pc was £899.99 and my order number is #1514 its now the 13th of january and ive not had an update so if i could get a response or anything like that then that would be absolutely great thank you very much ❤️😊

FALSE advertisement & Bad communication

I am leaving a review here for the same reason as everyone else. I placed an order on January 4th. I have tried to contact the company multiple times about a simple update on the progress of my order. I am significantly annoyed at the complete lack of communication. Multiple emails sent, no reply. I am even more enraged by the fact that they have replied to reviews on this site, but not a simple email saying the order is delayed.

EDIT: My PC has arrived. However, the specs of the PC shipped do not match the PC that I purchased. They shipped a significantly downgraded motherboard. An ASRock B550M‑HDV instead of the MSI B550M Pro‑VDH WiFi. When I contacted them, Mike replied simply saying "Supply on the MSI B550M Pro VDH and Wifi model are poor at the moment along with most other B550 Models.
Did we not include a wireless USB dongle which has 1300 wifi (vs 450 on the built in pro vdh) and bluetooth?" They did not provide a Bluetooth dongle to compensate for the lack of integrated Bluetooth, and the Wi-Fi dongle provided is £5 from Amazon and is awful. This is not a like-for-like replacment, and no communication was made to say they had done this. I think they expected me not to notice.

Proper joke of a company would never buy from them stay away i have phoned them about 60 times in 3 days and emails no response at all wesley and michael who own the company I will get my money back one way or another

FUMING!

Bought so a PC and still no PC! No emails replied to No phone calls answered and NO update on SHOP app just says awaiting details!!! I am fuming I'll get in my car this week and drive down to the unit myself if I don't receive anything from them I am livid !!

Ok. I must edit this review as , unfortunately, I judged the book by the cover, in this situation. Yes, it took me coming to Trust Pilot to be able to get in touch with the team and I am sure lessons will be learned on both sides. Wesley got in contact with me straight after my review and thoroughly apologised for the lack of communication. That's the only thing which could be improved. But since then, it has been a pleasure to deal with them. Updated and responsive, straight away. DPD, through no fault of Gamer PC, had delayed the delivery by a day but they eventually pulled through. Wesley was on hand at every step. I must say, weather had something to do with all these issues.
But anyway....
the PC is an absolute beaut. Works perfectly fine. Terrible tech person here but my boy is an avid gamer,so I trust him. He is extremely pleased and says " Thank you". I'm happy it all ended well. As a customer, yes, you pay for a service and truth be told, I think for any of us, good communication is key. So, Gamer-PC, that is my only moan. But other than that, thank you for your support
( even technical, although, through no fault of their own) and thank you for making my boy happy. 5 stars, because , once in touch, you went above and beyond. All the best.

Since this is the only way I see you might respond, I will try my luck. I ordered on January 3rd, as others have mentioned, but have received no communication despite emails, calls, and voicemails. 2-4 business days delivery; unlikely. My order number is #1474. The shop app has been waiting for details since the order was placed. I am confused and disappointed by your lack of communication. My 14-year-old son saved his money for over a year to buy a £1300 PC. Please, send an update or contact me. All my details are on the order.

Took money and disappeared

Joke of a company. £900 PC, says 2-5 days delivery, haven’t even sent it after 2 weeks, won’t answer any calls, messages via site, or emails. ‘Shop’ app not updated and still awaiting details from the order. Fleecing people. Had to get money back from bank. DO NOT USE.
Edit - after 2 weeks of ignoring phone calls and emails, this review had a reply near instantly. How surprising eh! The weather didn’t affect your phone line or internet so this could have been avoided. Have some respect.

I must admit I was nervous about…

I must admit I was nervous about ordering a PC for my son from a company I’d never heard of and all I can say is I would 100% order again. As long as you don’t mind a limited contact and hard to get hold of everything else is great. The girl on the other end of the phone answers all questions. Everything was as ordered and delivered in time.

Scam company. Employees lie to your face.

Absolute scam of a company. Ordered on the 10th December. Shipping details haven't been updated. Contacted them numerous times to ask where our order is to be told it would be collected on the 19th and delivered on the 20th or 21st which it wasn't. We were told someone from the company would be driving to Manchester over the weekend so they could possibly drop it at our home. This didn't happen either. This PC cost £900. We don't know where it is or when we're getting it. We have decided to make a fraudulent claim through our bank as all the attempts to contact them end up in absolute lies.

Although there was a bit of a delay to…

Although there was a bit of a delay to the delivery of my Gaming PC it came extremely well packed. I like the look of it and so far runs really well. Any messages sent Gamer PC replied back immediately. I would definitely buy from them again.

Poor customer service

No communication. I should have received my delivery by Friday at the latest. When I chased it, I was told it would ship today (Friday). When that never happened, I had to chase it again and received an automated response. I finally received my delivery on Tuesday. 6 business days later, not 2-4.
It's acceptable that sometimes things go wrong. It's not acceptable to leave your customers guessing.
I'm giving 2 stars only because the price was very competitive.

Brilliant Service

For any one interested in ordering from Gamer PC. All good!!!! Legit company and service. Wesley was great from start to finish very professional and kept me updated about my build the whole way through . Fast shipping kept to there word . Highly recommended and will be a returning customer. purchased the Gamer PC Blizzard i5R - Intel i5 14400F, Nvidia RTX 5060 8GB and even tho it only has 8gb vram running games like Warzone and Black ops 7 1440p balanced setting about 120fps . Solid build solid price . Thank you

Phenomenal Company

Absolutely would buy from here again and recommend them to others, extremely professional, and great prices. When dispatched, my i5R took a day to get to me and when it did it was not even midday yet. Give Gamer-PC a try if you're looking for a PC or any of its peripherals.
