SCAM WEBSITE

so ive got a "suppose" on going case with them, wich by the way its completly false, because we are talking about almost 2 years, since i got scammed by one of their sellers and i havent got my money back and we are talking about 100€. i got proof of things and they havent done anything about it in 2 YEARS!

Being threatened of legal actions by GamerMarkt without having done anything.

I sold my personal Valorant account on Gamermarkt approximately one year ago, and since then I have not logged into it, I have not recovered it, and I no longer have any access data or information saved about it. A couple of days ago, completely out of the blue, I was contacted via WhatsApp by Gamermarkt and unfairly accused of having recovered this account.

They are pressuring and threatening me with legal action if I do not “return” the account, which I do not have, or if I do not pay the full amount out of my own pocket. They have not provided any clear explanation or concrete proof of how they reached the conclusion that I supposedly recovered the account, and they simply insist on their accusation. Let me make it clear: I am not responsible in any way for what the buyer may have done with the account after the sale.

This situation is causing me serious stress and feels like harassment, as I am being held responsible for something that happened long after the sale, completely outside of my control. I expect Gamermarkt to immediately stop threatening and harassing me over WhatsApp, and either present clear, concrete proof of any alleged wrongdoing on my side or close this case against me. If this pressure and unfounded accusation continues, I will seriously consider taking legal action to protect myself and my rights. This situation is becoming unbearable and is causing me considerable stress, which to be fair, i don't deserve. I did my part. Can anyone who has been in the same situation give me some feedback? Help me in any way? I would really appreciate it, as I don't know what to do to defend myself at the moment and I don't even know what to expect them to do.

Can't use this site

Can't use this site, because the only option to verify identity for my country is a passport and I do not own one. Live support is AI or just terrible. It/they just kept saying I can't verify identity with a different method, and at the end it/they said "Have a great day. Hope to see you again." How are you seeing me again if you don't want to do anything to allow me to use the site.

I contacted support

I contacted support, cuz my acc got recovered,
slow response time, idk if I will ever get my money or my account back. Its just terrible.

They r supposedly making me a refund, after I cancel my dispute with my bank. I cancelled now waiting for the site to refund me.
If they do refund I'll change my rating to 4 stars and update the review.

I cancelled the dispute with my bank, I did all the steps they asked me to do, I sent them what my bank told me, also my bank did inform their bank.
My bank explained to me that GamerMarkt is the one who needs to make steps now. They still refuse to refund me. I have been waiting for weeks, I still dont really reccomend buying from this site.

However I am still not satisfied as it took 1 month.

Useless customer service

Accounts get pulled back by owners all the time (happened to me 2 times and also one of my friends once.) First time they banned the seller from their website (which was a first time seller.) So then next time I purchased one from a seller with several sales already.

8 months later, account got taken back and they did not even bother to help me, said there was "no proof" that account got taken back (XD???) and did not even bother investigating. Obviously they did not ban the seller since this scumbag of a website takes 20% or even more from every sale so they did not want to return their money.

Literally the only hope you have of buying an account and have a peace of mind around it is getting contact of the first owner of the account and going to him for your concerns/help, since the support literally does not give a single care or thought about their customers.

It's crazy that this website used to have such a high rating but they just turned into the biggest money hungry people ever without any sympathy or care about their customers. Never left a review anywhere in my entire life but I really wish no one to go to this site to purchase accounts so they don't have to experience the same shit and get scammed like I did.

Would leave 0 stars if I could, pretty sure most of these 5 star reviews are fake as well considering they are all from turkey (origin of this website)

Perfect market place for game accounts

This market place is perfect, just buy accounts that are sold WITH liked email access, so that you can change both passwords, recovery information and also change email in case.
If you don't have access to the linked email, changing email on the game account itself won't be enough.
But as long as you're aware of that, it's the best place to get good deals

Account recovered by the legal owner four years after. Support of course won't take any responsabilities. Buy at your own risk but I will just tell you that anyone with the original EMAIL can recover their account forever so you have to play with that fear.

Review: Very disapointed

Review:
I purchased a Valorant account on GamerMarkt last year for €420. The account was permanently banned shortly after purchase. I immediately contacted support and was promised a resolution.

More than one year later, I still have not received my refund. GamerMarkt keeps telling me they are “waiting for their lawyer” and blaming an ongoing enforcement process, but as a platform that took commission from the sale, they refuse to take direct responsibility.

What makes this worse is that the seller responsible for my banned account is still actively selling on GamerMarkt, which shows that the platform does not protect its buyers.

This has been an exhausting process of repeated delays and excuses. Be very careful — if something goes wrong with your purchase, you may be left without your money for months or even years.

Account got banned

previously made purchases with satisfaction from Gamermarkt, and on 29.08 I bought a Valorant account for approximately 4,000 TL. There was no information in the listing about the account having any penalties in its history. Only one day after purchasing the account, my internet connection was cut and my account was banned for 1 year. I opened a ticket with customer service to report the situation, but they replied that “it happened after the account was purchased” and did not take responsibility. I had never encountered such an issue before, and I believed that Gamermarkt stood behind the accounts it sold. I request that the company review its policy on this matter and make the necessary adjustments to prevent such grievances.
