great service and good cs skin site!
i had a problem about ID varification, in which i got as much help as possible, and about in a week or so it was totally fixed, and i can now buy and sell skins again :D

Shittest experience, bought a 700€ skin off of it that was supposed to be a bday gift, the avg waiting time on the guy who was selling it was displayed at 3h on the site with a 100% delivery rate. After i bought the skin, i waited nearly 2 DAYS for the moron to REPLY to the messages ive been spamming him with on steam, messenger and instagram just for him to tell me he already sold the skin a while ago and that i should cancel the trade, but the canceling period passed so i had to dispute the trade in wich case it will take at least 2 days just to check the matter, let alone resolve it. Meanwhile the site said that he did make me a trade offer and even gave me the option to confirm i accepted the trade. Just go on float market, skinport, buff, csmoney etc. , the waiting there is actually accurate and not a blunt lie. Would not recomend this site, not reliable at all, unless its your last option or you dont care if you buy the skin to have it straight away and instead you get it when ur retired. Not my first experience like this on the site either so thread carefully.

I have completely lost my patience with GamerPay. I don’t think I’ve ever come across a platform this poorly managed. I deeply regret using their services.

About a week ago, I attempted to complete KYC verification on GamerPay to deposit approximately $7,000. This was where the issues started. I submitted my verification documents, but the system simply refused to approve them. When I contacted support, it took them 24 hours to even acknowledge my request—if they even responded at all. In the end, it took a full 48 hours for a manual approval. Their support response times are incredibly slow; I suspect they have only one employee handling everything, and unfortunately, they seem to be active only during my nighttime hours, making it nearly impossible to get timely assistance. (It feels like they only work for about 3–4 hours a day.)

Additionally, cryptocurrency deposits did not process instantly, which I found a bit frustrating. However, since this was stated in their policies, I couldn’t really complain about it. After successfully depositing funds, I purchased several items, and they were all delivered to me via trade offers without issue. However, problems arose when I purchased a Karambit worth $2,100. The seller sent the trade offer, but I wasn’t able to accept it in time, causing the trade to be canceled. When that happened, GamerPay automatically moved the order into manual review, meaning they were supposed to handle it and resolve the situation themselves.

That was six days ago. They initially told me, “We are reviewing the transaction and will resolve it as soon as possible.” Yet despite me following up daily, they have provided no solution-oriented response. All I asked was for them to contact the seller and have them resend the trade offer. Instead, they just kept telling me, “Please don’t worry, your money is 100% safe.” Are you serious? I’m not asking for my money back—I just want the item I paid for. It has now been almost seven days, and they have yet to provide a proper response for a $2,100 item. This isn’t just a $10–$20 issue!

Finally, about a day ago, I decided I no longer wanted the item and requested a refund. However, since they are only active at night, they haven’t even bothered to acknowledge my message. How ridiculous is that?

In short, if you’re thinking about depositing a large amount of money on GamerPay to buy items, think twice before doing so.

The trades were quick after i ordered them, i got sent trade offers quickly after i bought my items, the delivery times were quick. I'm very happy with the site.

Very great site to shop/sell counter strike skins on, very easy to manage and great security

Gamerpay is a company that can offer the most affordable prices in the market and has sponsored the navi e-sports team. It is very nice to trade with real users instead of bots. These are the good sides, the bad side I think the biggest shortcoming of the site is that it is very bad to search for cs skins. It is really hard to find the product you want on the site.

First of all the positives: Top prices and in most cases very fast delivery.

But here are a few downsights I experienced:
Firstly, my Steam level was falsely recognized as lvl 0, which is why I couldn't buy. The problem was solved by support after several hours.

The second problem occurred after the fourth order. I could no longer order by credit card as this was blocked by the store, probably for security reasons. I couldn't use another credit card, because you have to wait 24 hours before using another card. The support team was also very helpful here, but again it took several hours.

The third problem was a result of the second problem. I tried to top up my wallet via crypto instead of credit card, but this also took almost a day after the payment was already completed.

its good but some weird policies and support is pretty slow, just use buff163 or csfloat imo

I decided,after many days,to finally put some money on gamerpay.I deposited 5 euros to test and it's been like 20 minutes and my balance is still at 0,while the money from my debit card where transactioned to gamerpay.What is this? Why do I have to wait 2 days for a response from the helping team? This site is atrocious to use and might be my first and only time using this site.

Yet nothing has been done.
I got a total of 3 messages back in a week and my support changed multiple times from Andreas to Daniel to Simon,which I think it's their whole support.
After I sent the receipt which they asked for,I waited and then the other guy asked me which deposit metod I used.I responded and sent the receipt once again.After 2 days of no response,here comes Simon and asks me the following:Have you tried uploading it to Gamer pay?
What should I upload???
What is wrong with them? They can't resolve an issue this simple and it's outrageous.It's like they are not even sure what they are dealing with.
This site is bad,like bad bad.Please, don't even consider using GamerPay.
Just go use any other marketplace.
I am sure even the scam and fake ones are better.

It was simple and easy. Trade offer was quick after trade lock time, didn’t have to wait.

It was easy to transfer money in to the site and also easy to buy stuff.
I only waited 30 min. To get all my things. And

Made a deposit with card it says instant but now two days and the balance still did not show and the skin i wanted already gone and support sucks they show online but do not answer

It was fast and easy, No complications :D

This has been my favorite skin marketplace for about two years.
