I bought a £30 Steam card for a friend through g2a using gamersmarket as a vendor.When she put the key in it only came up as £12 credit in her wallet.
Do you think this is a fair transaction, or have I been robbed of £18.

The key was for PlayStation Network.
PlayStation Network cards require 12 digit keys.
After I got charged, I got a 16 digit key from Gamersmarket on Eneba. Eneba were not helpful. It's been days and I have not yet gotten my money.
