First time ordering from them. Had good price and items i needed in stock. Processed the order very quickly and arrived via USPS. Will definitely consider GamerTech in the future.

Returned a purchase of $250 that I never even opened and got refunded 20 dollars, took weeks for the refund and didn't even get the money it said I was gonna get back and horrible at responding to emails. Do not recommend!

Overall good, had a part of my order get messed up but support was fast and solved it quickly and professionally.

shipped on the same day of purchase and came very fast with relatively cheap shipping. i also needed a specific cable that wasn’t listed on the website but i emailed them and they had it and sent me it so that was great. i also think it’s great how they sell all the specific lian li proprietary cables because the only other option for me was buying a whole nother $30 fan

I was spectacle at first i was looking for lian li sl inf fans and first product that popped up was this website gamertech.shop the price was the cheapest out of newegg amazon and other stores i thought it was too good to be true but after looking at reviews they seemed legit so i bought 7 bundle and saved a lot it came after 2 days and there legit would shop here again in the future

Made a couple purchases with gamertech shop recently and they were all smooth, flawless transactions. Legit seller here. They also are great with exchanges/returns as well.

I've received the order, and surprisingly UPS charged me another shipping fees. When I tried to contact gamertech, they told me that this is a UPS tax . I tried to explain that it was not a tax but a shipping fees, but they didn't reply to me anymore, even after three reply.
After reviewing my feedback, they told me that it was my fault, and I was supposed to choose another way of delivery to avoid this kind of charges. I didn't even got any choice for delivery, that was the only way. Be more serious than that,

If you were not aware of this charge, why you didn't reply to my emails, I've sent you three time but didn't get any response, I'm not speaking without proof, I have all emails that I sent you without response.

I, like many others had a feeling it may have been a fake website just by the looks of it. But I checked the reviews and many said they did deliver correct and genuine products. I did receive my order of 6 Lian Li uni sl 120 reverse blade fans no problem. Shipping was sent out promptly too. Would definitely buy from them again

Truthfully, I had never heard of this website before. For tech purchases, I tend to avoid websites I'm not familiar with and based out of the country. But after looking up reviews, decided to give them a shot on a hard to find product that was both in stock and ~10% cheaper than what I was able to find elsewhere.

Figured that if it showed up on time and as described? Fantastic. If not, or not at all? It wasn't a significant amount of money and, although would have been extremely frustrating, lesson learned/confirmed.

I put in the order on a Friday...and received the item 3 days later on Monday. The product was as-described, well packaged, and in a non-descript box (which is great).

Now here I am with one of the dozen items I need to build my system waiting for the other 'bigger' sites to come through.

They beat Newegg, shipped and sold products by NewEgg. They beat Amazon, shipped and sold by Amazon with Prime. One of my Amazon orders is currently sitting in limbo saying it was shipped but cancelled so we'll see.

Long story short? I wish I purchased more from GamerTech at the time. They don't have a huge inventory, but the prices are good and the turnaround time is amazing.

If they have something you're looking for...give them a shot. You won't be sorry.

I will be keeping an eye on this site for purchases in the future.

I ordered two 140mm reverse blade fans and was sent two 140mm regular fans.

I just returned the first order without even opening the box and still haven’t received a refund on it but I was charged for shipping, I don’t know why I made a second order.

These fans are the only thing I have left on my pc build and it has been pushed back. Order if you have time to wait for inconvenience even though you’re charged for priority mail.
