Placed an order for a power supply listed as ATX 3.0, but it's not. It did have the new 12 pin connector that I wanted, so it works fine. Also ordered 4 fans. Everything arrived in about one week in perfect, new condition, so I'm happy. I ordered these items at about midnight, and then sent an email early the next morning asking if they could add a strimer to my order - the shipping cost would have gone from about $18. to about $18.50. My email was never answered, and the original items were sent. So now if I order the strimer, the shipping cost is over $15. I screwed up, but to this day, a couple of weeks later, they never answered my email. I'll eventually get the strimer on Amazon.

Shipped out exactly what I ordered and gave me a heads up about a slight shipping delay due to the post office closing, but got it shipped promptly the next day. Great price and great quality GPU with good packing and no damage.

I ordered an AIO and after it had shipped realized it would not fit in the case I have. I contacted GamerTech and they offered to help me select and alternative that would fit. And when I declined they immediately issued an RMA. No hassle or upsell.

There was a slight issue with my order (nothing wrong with the items themselves, everything was in immaculate condition), so I reached out via chat and Mike and his team at Gamertech were quick get it resolved. The customer service here is truly top notch. They’ve earned themselves a repeat customer.

I ordered the SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24GB before the 110c hotspot issue was of my knowledge and this was one of the most expensive single upgrades I have done to setup. So when I found out I had this issue with my card, I was shitting bricks to keep it short. But within minutes of me emailing GamerTech they got back to me with a solution to contact Sapphire and they would replace it. They did not, and told me to go back and talk to GamerTech about getting a replacement model. I was even more scared I was gonna be stuck with this $1200 paperweight. But again within minutes of emailing GamerTech they responded. Offering me another card because they where out of XTX's at that time. Long story short they gave me an upgraded model the ASRock RX 7900 XTX Taichi OC for no extra charge and made me feel that they cared if I was happy with my purchase and not left out to dry.

Order was delivered quicker than I expected and everything was in great condition and it was actually in-stock. The bigger stores stay out of stock on everything so actually being able to buy it and supporting a smaller company is a win-win to me.

I am from Hawaii and I purchased a Lian Li DK-05FX from GamerTech. Prior to Gamertech, I tried to purchase the desk case from the big name online stores (Newegg, B&H, etc) and not a single one made an effort to try and ship the item to my location despite my willingness to pay the fee. Mike from Gamertech reached out to me directly when I was trying to buy the desk. Mike instantly offered his service that he will do all his best to get the desk from California to Hawaii. With the assistance of his team, they were relentless in pursuing all shipping options. With their close coordination with Ship-to-Hawaii company, a miracle happened. Mike was able to ship the desk to Hawaii. I recommend to reach out to Mike if you encounter any issues on Gamertech store. I can guarantee they will reach and provide solutions.

I rarely write reviews unless I encounter a product or service that goes well beyond my expectations and GamerTech has this distinction. I had difficulties installing a PNY NvLink Bridge on my system. When I reached out to GamerTech, Mike (the owner) personally got in touch with me and ensured a PNY Rep contact me to help resolve my issue. This is the type of personalized service you rarely find in this automated "good luck getting in touch with a human" world we live in.

As others have said, I was skeptical. But decided to give them a shot. Glad I did. Got a 5800X3D for a great price. The lowest I've seen it online actually. Was notified my order was fulfilled and that a shipping label was created within 1-2 hours. I received my order 4 days later which isn't bad considering I choose USPS first class. I also chatted with their customer service online during the process and they responded quickly and we're polite and informative. I will be building a new system later this year and will certainly stop here first to see if they have what I need.

P.s. The 5800X3D is an animal.
