Although I didn’t get the product (due to a mismatch in stock), the support I got right afterwards was surprisingly amazing. Got refunded and was told that they’ll email me whenever they got the game back in stock. I’ve had to deal with a bunch of different customer support teams from different companies recently (DJI, DHL etc) and this experience was by far the best. Quick responses, was informed of the issue and was compensated accordingly.

Great games with greater prices.
I did not purchase anything from this website before I found it on Google. After a first try with NIno Kuni, this site is cheaper than another and has a fast delivery.

I was very nervous buying from here
I was very nervous buying a steam key.
I tried on G2A and Eneba but my bank kept blocking the transactions since the sites are in a “foreign” area I guess and I didn’t feel like dealing with that. So I kept searching for a site and found gamesave.store. First thing I see is that they offered refunds so I felt a lot safer. Read through all the FAQs and double checked if they very legit from other sources . So I gave it a shot …… and to my relief, I paid through PayPal and the order went through and I instantly got my key. I purchased Crusader of Kings 3 Royal Edition.
I was able to redeem the key through my phone and got the game. But, before I clapped my hands I needed to make sure that it actually came with the DLCs as it said in the description. And yes . It did . I’m extremely relieved. Told all my friends and this will be the site I continue to buy from. Was definitely scared being my first time and happy it was a success.

I have looked into your complaint and found that you requested help in regards to logging in to the Steam Platform. There seems to be a bit of a misunderstanding as we do not stream the games.
Once purchased, the game is then activated and downloaded on the specified platform, in this case - Steam.
We also had no reply from you to confirm wether you were able to create an account on Steam and download your game ok and no request for a refund.
To also clarify, refunds are provided if there is a problem activating your game key on the particular platform. If possible please get in touch with us via your existing ticket as we are currently waiting on confirmation from you.
You can also reach us via support@gamesave.store or the Live Chat on the site where any problems you are having can be resolved.
