i received a banned account, not to mention that it ended up costing much more in the end?

Site won't publish verified 1 star reviews. Paid for an account, waited over 2 weeks to get account details after hounding them and getting canned responses and surprise! Account doesn't work.

Their discord is also a joke full of people who just regurgitate the same canned responses from the website. Zero help. Beware!

Store is a complete joke, every account has errors. the owner and support don't care. they don't refund and also threaten to sue if you dispute it stay away, shop anywhere else

I’m honestly shocked by the audacity of this site. I accidentally ordered a $40 account, and before they even sent me the account details, I requested a refund and contacted them. The owner—or the moderator managing the owner’s profile on Discord—confirmed that the refund had been processed. Spoiler: it wasn’t.

I ended up filing a dispute for the transaction, and their response was outrageous. They threatened to sue me, saying, “We have all your information, your IP address, and all the evidence we need. We will pursue court proceedings if you don’t cancel the dispute.”

Before disputing the accidental order, I purchased another account, thinking I’d cancel the first one. When the second account arrived, it turned out to be a blank Gmail account—not even linked to any game servers. In other words, this site is a scam.

To make matters worse, when I tried to confront them on Discord via the Mondstadt channel, they banned me for seeking help regarding the situation. I also sent multiple emails through their official website, only to be completely ignored.

This company is not only scamming people but is also extremely unprofessional and overly sensitive to criticism. Avoid them at all costs!

i bought an account that did not work, it had been flagged as a security risk permanently so i had no access to it at all. tried reaching out to support for maybe a replacement.. no response. so i decided to contact my bank and try to get a refund, they weren't too pleased with that and keep threatening to sue me!! over a £40 account no less.. i doubt the court fees are worth all that especially considering i could easily get them done for faulty account/ item not as described claims. do not trust this site at all ever, scum of the earth run this site lol like its the new year n theyre still being miserable on ts🤣

Definitely scammers after being a concerned customer writing in there discord they banned me but before that they had the audacity to tell me they will get to it when they can. Ghost apparently there customer service can’t be bothered to help , all she does is play and ignores peoples problems. There is a concern about this girl as she speaks to young people in a very bad manner and is very grooming like towards the young. Please do be careful

Failed to provide the account with ordered features (was supposed to have a limited character + random 5* standard character, ended up with just the limited). Any attempts of support were pretty much ignored, after 24 hours I tried to leave a review on their website and make other users on Discord aware of my situation - they ended up just kicking me from the server (too bad I had screenshots of all conversations already, eh), and review has yet to appear.

Would not recommend using their services unless you do not care about losing your money at all.

Gave me a genshin account that does not work. Contacted customer service and they do not provide refunds. Every other account seller has no issue with providing refunds for faulty service. However gamesbay will take your money, give faulty product, and not return money or take any blame. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS MONEY.

If you get your account and everything works, good.
But pray that nothing goes wrong.

Account data not correct, issue resolved with getting a second account.. that also doesn't work. Been waiting for the support to reply ever since, both in an Email ticket/Discord ticket. Guess what? Despite my ticket not being resolved I got banned instead and email ignored. They also delete reviews that are under 4 stars/ 5 Star reviews that would make them seem bad

Edit: If you refund the money and the threatens to sue you, he wont. Lawyer and court price is not worth a 20€ Jean account

This douchebag was a very bad customer service representative and didn’t care if it was purchased by mistake and refused to cancel the payment it was made by accident.

Fast delivery, bought multiple times.

This site has continuously tried to take fraudulent purchases and claims that I am the one doing the scamming. Their customer support offers only insults rather than assistance. I have had to file numerous claims with my bank to obtain refunds. Furthermore they have zero ability to block scam accounts within their system and can only block cards.
