Be honest and persistent
After finding the paddle I know well, (which Prokennex told me will no longer be produced) I found one and ordered from Game Set Match. After four days of play the paddle surface material started chipping off and the grip came loose. Game Set Match did right by me and found me another paddle and said if that one does not work out we will find you yet another. Bravo, made me feel valued.

Hi Danielle, I'm truly sorry you were not satisfied with our initial response. We sent the photos you sent us to ProKennex for evaluation and they called them "inconclusive". However, since you have resubmitted additional photos we were able to get those sent to the brand for additional evaluation. As you said, the paddle is no longer available at ProKennex or at Game-Set-Match, Inc. so we are hoping that they either direct us to replace the paddle for you (equal quality / price) or that they replace it for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we are in this holding pattern. We will continue to stay in touch with you.

Great deals online
Great deals online, super fast ship to store option. At pickup, staff was friendly and took about two minutes. Then, the staff indulged my young child who wanted to try out some paddles and hit a ball for fun.

The ball
The ball, being gray, blends in with the court so that you can't see the ball very well. Also, the ball has more of a bounce on dinking and less of a bounce when you drive it. It's not anything like a regular yellow pickleball. On the bright side it is silent. The other three people that played with it concurred.

Have not received my order. There was a problem with the post office service. However game set match was very responsive and attentive to my situation. I would order from them again after all gets resolved.
