A spring in the trigger of my Super Nova broke. I reported on discord asking how to obtain a replacement spring. And I was immediatly messaged by a customer service rep and they took my info and sent me out a whole new controller! Very fast service even over the holidays.
Absolutely ace customer service
I had a shipping issue arise, they sorted it after some back and forth (and after the insurers denied my claim, shame on them) they gave me a full refund on the first order and even gave me a refund of the difference on the second one, making it so it cost the same. (A sale had ended making it cost more) So thank you to them for putting up with my shit initially and resolving the issue promptly!

A great controller, good quality construction, everything feels very sturdy, but after a few weeks I had problems with the USB-C connector in the controller, which stopped working during the game. I contacted the people at Gamesir and within a few hours everything was sorted and they sent a replacement. Simply great.

Purchased a WuChang G7 and within a month the right trigger was irratiic and wouldn't register. I tried reaching out through gamesir email but received no response . I used discord than and showed them a video of the issue and required information they asked for and another replacement was sent out . I do wish you could communicate with them via email vs discord which is kind of a learning curve hence the 4 stars but other than that the issue was resolved and I would buy again ..

I tested pro controllers never found one that worked great or if it did didn't feel comfortable. pre ordered the g7 pro. Waited months to 2 months for the shipment to arrive cause of major orders they had. One of the best if not the best I controller. Hands down best company and on to when had tree incident couldn't afford Xbox even they gave me a code so while down I can still play through Christmas. This company deserves everything and more, shows quality and compassion for their customers

I had a malfunctioning trigger on my g7 pro, I bought back in June 2025, as a pre order. Got it in August and the right trigger started messing up in hair trigger mode in mouse click mode. Anyways, got in touch with them, and they were quick to make sure I get a new controller sent to me right away, without me having to send my old one in first. Just had to verify some things, and once that was done, they sent me a new one. Top Notch customer service, not even a company like Razer gave me
