After assembling a stack of games and Blu-ray's I wanted to sell I researched several buying sites and found the money they offered was awful. I discovered Gamestaar through twitter and contacted them. They replied almost immediately and were incredibly helpful. Collected 2 boxes from me with DPD the day after and paid me the day after they received them. Clear communication throughout. They now have a new website which should be even easier to sell to. Excellent service and competitive prices which I will be using again!

Brilliant service, 1st time using Gamestaar and quiet Franky the best service I’ve ever had. The communication via email and Twitter were personal and friendly and very efficient. (Rob was brilliant). I got in touch on Twitter and accepted the quote, goods picked up from DPD next day, Parcel was delivered today and by 5pm I had the money in my bank. Will definitely use again in the future. Keep up the good work.

10/10 cannot recommend enough. Heard positive chatter on twitter so I looked into trading in my Playstation Vita and several games I no longer play, they arranged a courier to pick them up and by the next day I had the money in my bank account. Great friendly social media team who stay in constant contact throughout the whole process. If you are thinking of trading in an old console or some games this company is the one to use.

Faultless. Got in touch on Twitter at 2am Sunday morning. To my astonishment they replied within minutes. DM'd me with prices for games I wanted to sell. Followed up with emails the next day. Great interaction and customer care.

The best was yet to come. Courier arrived at 10:30am (free service) on 1st June and they collected my package. I received a text on 2nd June at 12:47pm to say the games had arrived and they had 24 hours to pay or I'd get double. At 22:18pm I got a text to say payment was made via PayPal and it was.

One of the best services I've received start to finish. Prices were also competitive and first order you get an additional 20%. They have themselves a customer with me. I will be returning to get prices whenever I have games to sell.

Searched for a potential selling outlet on Sunday, talked to their staff and they arranged a fast collection. The whole process took 3 days. Highly recommend!

Spoke with them on Friday of last week, agreed a price and advised consoles would be collected via Courier for free on the following Monday. Parcel collected and confirmed by Gamestaar, then advised once arrived and today (Wednesday) received the payment in to my account.

This has been the smoothest transaction of this type that I've ever experienced. Constant communication throughout, they have been super friendly putting all the fears I had to rest. They received my parcel in the afternoon and paid me the following morning. They also arranged the collection, giving me text updates along the way which was reassuring. I can't recommend Gamestaar highly enough! From my first interaction with them, which was to confirm my trade-in and them booking the collection of my trade-in, to the the personal updates keeping my informed through the whole process, finally culminating in my payment email. I organised to trade in my PS4 pro and they picked this up at the house by courier, which during COVID-19 is a godsend. I then received a message to confirm when it had been received by them and then they commit to paying out withing 24hrs from this point. True to their word I had the money in my account and an email confirmation 21 hrs later.

I can't speak highly enough about the service, the communication and the time to pay out - it is 1st class and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Keep up the great work and good luck with the new site launch, hopefully lots more happy customers to come.

Gamestaar provided me with a quite frankly amazing service. I sent my PS4 and Vita to them on the Tuesday, which they collected for free via DPD.

Once I agreed to sell I recieved a DPD label and an email telling me when to expect them. The next day after collection I then recieved another text telling me I would be paid within 24 hours or I'll get double my money.

At around 5pm the same day I had the money in my bank.

Such a fantastic, speedy service and to top it off I recieved an extra 20% on my trade-in value as a welcome bonus ahead of the website launch.

I couldn't be more thrilled. At last, a decent alternative to CEX.
