Customer service is best here.

Amazing gamestore with a big selection of games to choose from. They really put the customer on first place (no generic email, they have put much effort into customer care).

Really nice people in my stores nearby. Also I like those cheap special t-shirts and the used games sales recently. It's refreshing, that they are doing something new. Perfect for nerds, gamers and collectors.

Customer service is a joke, often completely ignores emails or takes forever to answer. Have received multiple incomplete shipments or purchased new products but received used ones instead. Will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing company. Costumer service is so understanding and are really willing to go the extra mile. Staff in the stores are super friendly and want to help with anything. And they are getting more and more amazing products added everyday! Absolutely amazing what a good chairman can do to a company in such a short time! Thank you Ryan Cohen! Great Customer Service and a high variety of stuff. To be honest, Gamestop became my favourite gaming retailer, their power up pro system is nice to add some goodies and I could preorder my Ps5 with it.

I am a frequent customer both in-store and online.

This is literally the only place I could find a PS5, which was a really smooth experience. Got a good explanation about everything involved, and got everything I wanted, was in&out in 20 minutes, no wait at all. Very good service all around. I frequently trade in old games and usually order new over the internet shop. While that works great with fast shipping and great value, I do have some criticism for the website itself (reason for 4/5). The information regarding store locations is sometimes inaccurate/not updated, and a better way of contacting local stores would be great (email?). Otherwise the website itself feels a bit chaotic and not really as modern as the stores image.
