Ordered bits for the summer sale said shipped but UPS didn't get it, sent emails over 3 weeks but they keeped the lies up 4th week email again called them out said it was lost in the post it was never even posted after all that I get a sorry and have your money back..I want my items not money back got for Christmas gifts to help with the coming months still have the emails and sent a new email to get another sorry.... so gamestop are you selling items you don't have in stock think their is laws about that gutted got my playstation 2 to 5 from here what makes it worse I emailed after one week could of been sorted their and then when the sale was still on could of got different bits from you ?

ordered a few packs of MTG and had them delivered from GS balbriggan. The guys were nice enough to include a little extra pin with the order. The small touches count sometimes :) good on ye lads ..

I bought a game and thought I had a few issues with it. Contacted customer service three times via email and each time I had a reply within five minutes, very helpful and courteous. Turned out the issues were of my own making but they were exceptional in their help.

Great service. I have never dealt with this company before however I sent an email upon receiving the incorrect item and the reply came within 2 hours of exactly what to do. Information was all provided and when visited the shop the agent was super helpful. Great 1stbrime experience even though my order was Incorrect

I cannot give enough praise regarding dealing with gamestop. On two seperate occasions dealing with two different orders I've had items changed with no fuss, brilliant communication and superfast delivery. Due to this brilliant service I went with gamestop when purchasing the ps5 instead of other suppliers. Top draw recommend 100%

As a regular customer in the Kilkenny store, I'm always thrilled with the service I receive from the manager Ethan and his team.
Every single time without fail the staff are friendly, approachable and go above and beyond to help with anything I need.

Sad to see Niamh go...
Went into the Bray shop yesterday to see Niamh and her usual smile. We only found out that she moved on. My wife and I are devastated to say the least. She's very kind to us and helpful. We feel better after seeing her its nearly like therapy! The store wont be the same
