Fantastic quality products and amazing customer service.

I have been using GameTee for a number of years now and have never had a bad experience. I have ordered multiple Dice sets, a wardrobe full of nerdy T-shirts and some very fancy stationary for my D&D group and I’m very satisfied with all of it. I have also supported multiple kickstarters that they have launched. I cannot recommend this company enough, always pleasant to see at UKGE and always reply to emails. 10/10, best nerd clothing and accessories on the internet!

I have ordered from here 3 times and I absolutely love everything I have received all of it is really high quality. the candles smell amazing. the dice are all super cool and unique.and thats just two examples I can say with confidence no matter what you buy you will be happy with it

I had an excellent experience ordering from these guys, everything about shopping with them was perfect.

I actually reached out to them about getting an ETA on out of stock items and Roxii from their customer support was super helpful and actually got me allocated some stock from their warehouse even though the item was out of stock on the website which was awesome. She was also super helpful and responsive when I reached out to get an update on the delivery time.

And as for the order itself, everything I bought looked even better in person than I had hoped, I was super impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of everything. Not to mention they actually threw in a whole heap of awesome little surprises too, like a velvet pouch for the coins I ordered, a full set of really lovely free dice, some stickers, and a set of lore and rules for the coins printed on nice, sturdy card stock. The book I ordered was even nicely gift wrapped without me even requesting it. And everything shipped all the way here to Australia without any issues or damage at all.

I’d happily order from these guys again, and I definitely plan to soon. It’s rare to find places that put this much effort into the presentation and craftsmanship of their products, and I’m already looking forward to unboxing my next order.

I've ordered from Gametee a few times and I've always had a stellar experience—the quality of their products is always top notch (I buy dice, zines, and ttrpg related things) and their unique selection of items is invariably a pleasure to browse.

What really set them apart, though, is their attention to details and the care they put into every order they ship. From the lovely packaging to the little extra things they add to your order, everything is carefully and thoughtfully put together in ways that not many businesses do.
Sure, their shipping outside the UK may be a little on the expensive side, but at the same time it provides a reliable, safe and quick delivery, which I appreciate.
I can not recommend the shop enough!

Around Christmas I was shocked to see an awesome T-shirt. I had to look for the design and found GameTee. Sadly the item was out of stock. So, I reached out and asked when it might be in.

Not only did they give me a rough estimate of its arrival, but on the day the stock arrived, today, the same member of staff, Roxii, personally reached out to let me know. That's an amazing level of customer service to me and it shows they really care.

Shirt now on the way, one very please customer, would recommend to anyone. Their selection is amazing beyond just this one item as well so I may have to spend a chunk more here for sure.

Everything I ordered has arrived in mint condition, on time, packaged lovely and it all looks great.

I wanted to treat myself for Christmas by upgrading my D&D gear; and Gametee delivered!
Initially I was unable to get a specific product that I wanted, yet I emailed their customer service team & they quickly responded to my enquiries; they even sent me a follow-up email informing me that they had the product back in stock.
I loved what I received; great products and great customer service. Thank you Gametee, I’ll be ordering from you again in the future and recommending you to my friends.

Ι first got acquainted with Gametee at a UKGE some years back. I fell in love with their t-shirts at first sight, so I bought a couple for me and a couple for my boyfriend (and a couple for our gamer friends!) Five years later we have more than ten t-shirts, as well as posters, books and various gaming bric-à-bracs, and I have supported at least three of their kickstarter projects - with no complaint whatsoever!
They have always been polite, helpful and prompt, and the quality of their products is great!

Gametee was absolute best and helpful in every way. Courier had problems with delivering my package and communication was terrible(with dhl, not gametee), but gametee helped me at every step.

Communication, merch and everything they provide is absolute top level . Love it

Had several purchases from this store, and only once have I had an error occur, that wasn't even their fault.

Recently had a package become lost in the void with my postal carrier, and their customer support was super helpful and informing, to ensure the issue was fixed as soon as possible. DHL had to investigate the matter, and that is basically the only thing that took time.

Would definitely continue going to GameTee for all my dice needs!

When you need to buy a gift for a gamer I cannot recommend anything better then Gametee.
Their products have always been the highest quality and delivered without issue.
I've used their service for many years in the past and expect to continue many years in the future!

Placed order and noticed the zipcode was incorrect. Only the zipcode. So I try to email them for a fix, no response. Email again later, finally get a response, "fixed". Almost a month later, I check Shop.Com and find theres an error. I try messaging them again, and they said "Oh we'll fix it".

Another couple weeks goes by, still have the error, so I try to email the actual shipping company. They said they were still waiting on the package to even get to them. I message Gametee again, and they took over a month to respond "The item is lost"

So I ask for a refund, recieve "you'll get a refund when we recieve the package". But...the American based company never got the package. Suddenly "oh, oops the package is actually lost"

Of course I respond with "Can I not receive a refund then??" And they told me it was my fault. I noticed the issue immediately and tried to fix it. Their inaction caused whatever happened..

Their last email was accusatory, rude, and dismissive. Do not buy.

Edit, unable to reply. I recieved a message from customer service saying that if the package was found reguardless, I wouldn't be able to recieve the package and only a refund once returned. Not sure why that would be the case..?

I'm a long time customer: the first item I bought was through a Kickstarter (the leather wallet), a few years ago. Since then, I've been a loyal customer, buying other products either directly through the store or by backing their Kickstarter (dice sets, wooden chests, a lovely set of leather covers for paper notebooks, and other geeky product).

I really like everything with this company: the quality of the products is great, there is a real attention to the craft, and the one time I had a delivery issue, the customer support was very helpful and understanding, my problem was solved in a timely manner. They don't send too many emails, and they do frequent promo code for returning customer which I tend to use whenever I can!

So great customer experience, I love them!
