Mike restored my very special gardening knife with knowing full well how much it truly
meant to me. He expertly replaced the badly broken handle using a beautiful piece of black walnut. After picking it up yesterday, taking it out of its sheath and holding it in my hand, I felt a sense of pure magic and joy. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is interested in pure quality, artistry and craftsmanship.

Mike's fine craftsmanship caught my eye at the Nelson Saturday market. We worked out what I want, and that is exactly what I got - a character custom knife, rock solid and well balanced, sturdy sheath. By far my favorite knife!

I've known Mike for many years as we worked together. When I saw on LinkedIn that Mike was making knifes, I leaped at the chance to get a custom made knife.
I received my knife yesterday, and it was thrilled at the workmanship.
While it looks like a handcrafted work of art, it has a rugged feel that no doubt can be used in the field.
