SHADY….one of the worst cheating casino platform to be playing in. Gives no return back to player to ever come up instead systematically designed to have your balance drained to zero at the end. Been gambling for 8 years online and this one is up there in the top ranks for scam/fraud casino. Need to flag whoever is willing to deal business involving real money…using and selling these pirated rogue softwares to there so called customers.

Man yall are so right about the scams so many times I can't remember. I will say I found one person almost 2 who are legit and there's times they cashed me out over 5,7 even 800 dollars. But yes the scams have gotten bad af. I do have screen shots of my wins and cashouts if any one is looking for one.

For the second time, like it says in previous reviews, once they somehow see that you’re account balance is increasing, a window pops up that says someone else is logging into your account from another device. You were being logged out or something like that. So I took a screenshot of that window and a screenshot of my balance, and immediately went to my agent, letting them know the issue and sending them the screenshots as this was happening, so they send me a log record of someone else on the game that I don’t even play just quickly losing money until it was down to zero my deposit and everything. I really enjoy playing these games and have cashed out many times, and it helps me some extra money in my pocket. But how do I know which agents to trust? I shouldn’t think it would happen for a second time.

The first time I tried to cash out she said that I couldn't cause I had to have 30 min to cash out even tho the legend for the pay says minimum cash out is 3x whatever you put in and I only paid 5 and wanted to cash out at 15. Then I win on the hourly bonus wheel enough to make 3 bets and I ended up getting 30 so I asked her to cash out and she told me I need to get 80 on bonus cash to cash out for 30. When it clearly says on the little card she sent me with the payouts listed that min cash out is at 30 dollars. So i got my winnings up to 105. Then when i cashed out she only gave me 30 and zeroed out my balance completly. How is that fair or even make sense? Complete scam and I would not recommend downloading this app or wasting all your money thinking you might win cause they won't let you cash out respectably.

I bought an oculus quest 2. Had problems right out of the box. I brought it back. They claimed it was fixed, fyi, it was not. Still does the same things. Shuts off, won't download games, this place sucks. Save your money and buy new. Do not shop at game vault. I tried returning this item, but they won't do returns. Of course they won't once they have your money they won't give it back. They will give u $200 in store credit crap. They still have your money.

I see most of the reviews are the same. I have also noticed winnings are not fully paid out. So if you win 5.00 it will Pay like $3 and so on and this happens alot. Same with hitting big wins it will freeze up or glitch and switch the prize. I brought to my agents attention and he did not offer any kind of free play for all the lost money thay shouldn't have been lost. If I loose I loose but when I win , not all the money is given. Was very much enjoying but now I'm disappointed . What ever happened to honesty and loyalty. Smhhh
