It just works

Signed up for the Netrunner subscription; selected which cycle I wanted to start with and the first pack from that cycle showed up a few days later.

Excellent Seller!

Excellent seller! Good communications when Royal Mail failed to notify me that they had tried to deliver my purchase to me! Would definitely use GameWorlds again :)

Great service

Already a customer with their excellent subscription service. Ordered Khazad-dum expansion for Lord of the Rings LCG. Surprised to find it in stock to begin with. Very well priced and arrived quickly, well packaged. Very happy.

Disappointed

I have made several purchases over the last few months and to start with i was very happy with the service. Unfortunately, my last 2 orders have not been great. I ordered 3 items in their recent sale and only received 2 of them. When I chased the third there was no explanation just a refund. I am happy to get my money back but I would have preferred the goods I ordered. My latest order of 2 items which were both listed as in stock have not been sent after the date I was told they should arrive. The first it turns out has not even been released yet so it could not be in stock and apparently it could be a couple of weeks before it is due. The other item I am still waiting for an answer as to why it has not been sent. Both items still show on their website as in stock. I really thought I had found somewhere reliable I could go online to buy my games but I guess it's back to Amazon.

I had a very disappointing experience …

I had a very disappointing experience with this retailer with their January sale. I placed and had an order accepted at what was a good sale price for the product, although I had seem similar elsewhere and had no reason to expect it would not be honoured. The product changed to out of stock on the website, so clearly a live stock system is in place, which also increased my confidence that the product would be supplied.
A week after the shipping confirmation there had been no sign of the product, so I got in touch. The email response suggested the shipment may have been late due to staff illness and a busy sales period, but if it did not arrive the following day they would provide a refund. It did seem odd to be offering the refund so quickly without any query as to if the product had perhaps been delivered to a neighbour etc. I immediately suspected that perhaps it had not been sent at all. Also the product was now showing back in stock but at a higher non sale price. The solution seemed clear to me, that to keep the customer happy and retain the customer, send the item from stock to fulfil the order. In the email in which I advised the product had still not been supplied, I asked for it be sent from stock and suggested that perhaps it had not been sent before due to a mistake and may have found it’s way back into stock. There was no actual reply to this, other than confirmation of a refund from the payment handler.
They may be a perfectly good retailer for non sale items. I will never find out as I will not be back.

Great website all round.

Great website ! Has very competitive prices by far cheapest than any ebay seller and free post and packages with no minimum spend.
Customer service always ready to solve any problem swiftly and very friendly.
I would recommend gameworlds uk with no esitation.
Keep up with the good work guys.

The start of a long and fruitful relationship

Fantastic! Signed up to a monthly sub after finding the base game online and somehow I managed to mess things up and end up with two subscriptions to same thing: so I dropped a quick line to Game Worlds' Facebook page on a Sunday evening....and they replied immediately.

And sorted my mess-up out.

And posted the subbed for expansion first thing Monday morning.

They have the best prices, the best stock levels and the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced.

Another Month, again blown away

Another month, another review of GameWorlds.uk.

I subscribe to their Yu-Gi-Oh! box, and I was expecting some Special Editions, some random boosters etc, nothing spectacular as there's nothing really new for Yu-Gi-Oh! this month other than the new Deck set (which I'd never expect in a sub box)

Opened it up to 3 special editions and a Legendary Dragons deck box! So happy about that!

Again, amazing value for money (I paid £40 for £60 worth of products), and my subscription will remain active!
