Please note on the website we state this must be active for you to order before you buy. EA unlock these accounts as and when they see fit, so we advise to keep playing games and completing the daily objectives and to keep checking for when the account is unlocked for use on the web app. To check this; Log in to either the web app or mobile app (fifa companion app) and try to search the transfer market. As you’ll currently see this will say ‘transfer market locked’ - whereas when it unlocks you’ll be able to find search results.
